I I used to love this place. Unfortunately, the 4 last times I have placed orders (1 for a pool party, 2nd gathering at home 3rd teens wanting pizza and 4th a poker party) my orders otherwise phone and on the app, have gone through and been processed to find out 1hr later that no delivery has been done, no call to informed me about cancelation or delay, just no show and no food for the parties I've had. I kept giving the benefit of trying one more time. But unfortunately, today, after speaking to the manager of the store at noon, I was told by him that it was too bad that that happened, but he had more things to do and take care of the store, than to listen to me. I informed him that I have had my orders canceled for the past 4 times, and he claimed it had nothing to do with him. I even mentioned, "Please look at your system it may be something there because having 4 orders accepted, getting a receipt and delivery confirmation, and not getting them delivered its not normal." especially back to back. I asked him to confirm if he was the manager, and he said yes, did not share his name, and added he was too busy. I said thanks for your help. I will share my review, and he said, ok. Poor customers service. I ordered 5 large pizzas, they messed up my order on one of the pizzas. I called back and Lisa the General manager never apologize, instead she just said , bring back the pizza and I will make another one . So I told her . Nah!! I’m not bringing only one but I will bring the 5 pizzas back to get my refund. Instead to apologize and offer me a credit for that pizzas, she prefers to loose $45 dollars for the whole order and the customer because I’m not coming back . And I also ask for the little packets of Parmesan cheese and she said , I can only give you 2 packets, after 2 you have to pay .
