Trouvaille Brewing Company — Restaurant in Haymarket

Trouvaille is a fantastic place to come and try outstanding beer and meet the amazing craftsmen behind the process. They usually have a little something for everyone, seriously. Always a nice selection of 12-15 beers, hard seltzer with a wide variety of flavors, hard kombuchas from Remnant Farms, and their own cream soda. They offer full pours, half pours, flights of any number, and allow samples if you are having problems choosing. They do growler, half and full, you can even bring your own. With choice grindz next door from Ghosted Concepts or Zandra's Taqueria you can't go wrong. The location is an old school and the access road is a one way loop. They have indoor tables and bar seating and a patio. They are active on social media with announcements for new beer releases, musical acts, and weekly acts. For being barely a year old I couldn't imagine Haymarket without them.

First time here w/ co-workers after school. Sat outside. Took full advantage of having Ghosted Concepts and Zandra’s nextdoor for food options. Staff was amazing, super helpful for descriptions and tastings. I encourage, even if you’re not a huge beer drinker, for you to go. There will be something for everyone in your group. Not an IPA girl myself, so I had the Remnant Farms, Hard Kombucha. So yummy. The CREAM soda was amazing for those who would like a nonalcoholic selection. I had the privilege of being here as part of the Official Grand Opening over the weekend. It is a place that you can go to alone or with a group of friends. The atmosphere is great for you to relax and have a beer or hard seltzer. It's pet friendly and ample sitting inside and outside. Has a couple of restaurants located on premises. You can order from your table and the restaurants will bring it over to you. The staff and owners are very excited to be a great asset to the Haymarket, VA area.
