Will never again visit this place there open hours are completely wrong I got there to pick up my order 9:40 pm picked up being 10 minutes late after getting told it’ll be ready at 9:30 pm. doors were close once I got there at 9:40 pm a women walked out and said we close we have no more orders for pick up we cancel the last one cause they didn’t pick up the order at 9:30 pm being 10 minutes late I get my order cancel and to say they close at 9 pm when there hours on there web page say 11 pm closing soon..the women that worked there came out walked out yelling across the parking lot were closed we cancel your order the ladies in there are not going to open because there waiting for there ride your late when clearly in the hours of operation of business hours say 11am-11pm here’s a Picked of how unprofessional and not aware to care for there customers literally women scream threw the parking your order wouldn’t be there they take food home. Was one of my best place to visit but never again there the worst I’ll rather stay going to San Vicente, Girasol by Hesperian or las cabanas will never again rely on these people to have my food ready when there running...

Wow ! What a humble little find I found in downtown Hayward ! Los Planes de Renderos is a quaint small little Salvadoran restaurant featuring homemade delicious papusas. I highly recommend the zucchini cheese pupusas and thier accompanying coleslaw. The homemade and fresh combo rice and refried beans are unique and tasty as well. There was plenty of indoor seating when I arrived there and there seems to be plenty of parking in the back off Mission Blvd. as well. Conveniently located nearby is the brand new Heritage park, the new downtown Hayward library and Hayward bart station. The food was so good that I hope to return there often in the near future to dine once again and I highly recommend this eatery for a pleasant nice and different experience in foreign...

Fast service is their only positive. Food was terrible. No flavor at all. Had to pay for tortilla chips that were stale and tasted store bought! Their salsa was watered down, again no flavor and no spice at all. Had the super burrito and hubby had the tacos. His was ok but nothing special. My burrito was big but no flavor, rice was hard like it had been sitting out for awhile, and the rest again.....no flavor and no spice. Very disappointed. Then the lady asked for a tip, absolutely hate when ppl do that....
