Hop Hop Hayward — Attraction in Hayward

I visit this indoor place in Hayward almost three times a week, and I absolutely love it. I'm seriously considering getting a membership. The girl who works in the mornings is always friendly and suggests I get a membership, and I think she's right because this place is fantastic. It's impeccably clean, with staff constantly maintaining it, so a big shout out to them for their hard work.The prices here are very reasonable. Kids need grip socks, which are only $3, but you can also bring your own. The drinks are also reasonably priced, and the environment is always cool and comfortable. It's a great place for kids to have fun, and the music is always age-appropriate with no bad language, which is a huge plus. The staff genuinely care for the kids and are very nice. Place is great for kids; I especially liked that they have an area for crawling babies and they only charge 5 dollars for crawlers instead of full price. My complain is that its too hot in here for kids who are jumping/running around. Took my daughter here for the first time so I wasn’t sure how pricing worked or the times. I asked the young woman if she could explain it to me and immediately she had an attitude with me. She also discriminated my son because of his height and she did not believe he was 12 years old. I was so thrown off by how unprofessional she was acting.
