This place deserves to have a 5-star review because even though it is the model of corporate consumer game stores, they really do understand their target audience and what they need to do to be in this market with all the good and bad that that entails. Yes, the workers for the common corporate lines and try to sell, but isn't that what having a business is supposed to be about? Agree with me or not they don't necessarily twist your arm and are generally polite when you decline their wares and are often very helpful and knowledgeable when you have a question or need as a customer. Worse customer service ever... they wrongfully handled the game I reserved.
