WOW, this place is a joke. First, my party had made a reservation, walked in and they had no idea about it. Luckily, they had a table for us (or so we thought). After they fix the table, they ask us to sit and then walk away (no menus, nothing). About 10 mins later they return with bread and water and left us the olive oil from a previous customer, gross. Then left again (still no menus). After about another 10 mins, we got up and grabbed our own menus since nobody checked on us and they appeared to be too consumed in opening wine bottles and helping literally everybody else. More time goes by, at this point my table went from dissatisfied to enraged. We finally get a waiters attention as he briskly walks by without acknowledging us again, and he was in disbelief that we had been sitting in his restaurant for over 30 mins. without proper service, says "Really? I'll send someone over" then runs away from out table to continue servicing other people...I sit there and watch him bounce from table to table without ever informing anyone of our existence (since apparently we were invisible). After 5 mins of watching all the service given to others we had enough and walked out. They failed to notice us walking away as well. Thanks a lot Ristorante Di Palermo for wasting 40 mins plus travel of mine and my parties time. Due to your lack of business knowledge and common sense, my party had to skip dinner in order to make it to our event on time. Running your business like this will guarantee your failure and...
Read moreWhat a terrible experience... Perhaps the worst restaurant experience of my life. We had reservations at 7pm. We walked in and stood at the front counter for about 5 minutes before we were even greeted.
I mentioned we had reservations for two and the waiter looked around panicked and offered us a table in the middle of the restaurant or one off to the side with no lighting that apparently couldnt be seen by the staff. We were given bread and left the olive oil from a previous guest to use.
After we finished our bread we sat and sipped on our waters for about ten minutes. After watching the staff take care of every other guest with out stopping once to check in on us I finally took it upon myself to go get menus. We sat for another 15 minutes before I managed tobcatch a waiters attention while he was helping a near by table.
I let him know we had been there for 30 minutes without being checked on. His response was "Oh, really?. I will go get someone." He then walked away to continue helping other guests. 10 minutes later still without anyone stopping by we got up and walked out.
Since this restaurant never served us and wasted so much of our time before our new years plans our dinner was made up of a roll of Ritz crackers. What a terrible way to end a year. Is it possible to give...
Read moreTHIS PLACE IS SO CUTE. I'm so glad my date found this place! It was the perfect restaurant for Valentine's Day. They had live music (the singer was amazing) and it felt like you were in Italy because of the decor and the lighting.
We were lucky enough to have our own little corner and sat right next to the beautiful singer. They had their own VDay menu and I liked how there wasn't too many choices because sometimes, it could get overwhelming.
What caught my eye was the stuffed chicken with asparagus and mozzarella cheese. My date ordered a stuffed beef? Or was it pork..I don't remember, but it was stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, and cheese as well. Both of our dishes came with amazing pasta and fresh vegetables. My chicken was so moist, and they listened to my request of having no prosciutto in it! Their warm bread kept coming and coming and the wine selection was fairly easy to choose from.
Our waiter was the cutest little man. He checked up on us and even gave us dessert on the house!!! Such a sweetheart.
Overall: If you want authentic Italian food, come here - Vday or not! Prices are a little up there, but...
