I'm not a Karen but I have beef with this subway. My friend and I did ghe mobile order for 2 footlongs. Ordered at 6:15 ready at 6:40. We got there at 6:40 and there was 4 people inside ordering. We waited for 5 minutes and the lady said the order wasn't ready. She started making them and after they were toasted she left them on the counter for 10 minutes while making others. The order was done after 20 minutes of the specified time. He explained he was sorry for the wait and I said its ok I understand. We went to a park to eat and they put the sauce and veggies on the wrong subs. I called them and said the messed them up. The guy said ok and didn't respond after that. I asked if I could come in and have them remake it. He said no because they're busy but I could come in tomorrow. Couldn't I have just waited in line and had them remake it like I was any other customer? Its the second time my mobile order has been messed up. Last time they didnt toast or cut my sandwich and didn't put the right veggies on it. Other times they didn't make the subs until we got there instead of having it ready by the specified time. She took his phone out of his pocket and was talking with her boyfriend about what she needed to text someone and was communicating with the other lady about if she could work late so they could leave since they had plans. And was keeping him side tracked instead of seeing if I had anything else to order after the sandwich, I had to say something. I asked for a wrap and the other lady that was there grabbed the flatbread and I asked if that’s what they really use for wraps and she said yes they just roll it? But didn’t make sense since the show actual wraps on the board and I have gotten wraps before. Although, this time...THIS time was horrendous; as we were confronted with a poorly crafted wrap. Not only was the wrap poorly executed, but there was a major lack of attention between the workers and us customers. The one gentleman asked me 2 or 3 times what I got on my sub at the end. I would understand if it was a busy day, but it wasn’t at all. We are very patient people, but this nearly put us over the edge due to these teenage boys inability to make a simple sandwich and wrap. Despite the communication being horrible, the subs were actually good. But this doesn’t make up for the brain cells we lost during this interaction.
