Hardee’s — Restaurant in Hazel Park

The whole staff is completely unprofessional and ludicrous. They have no customer service. They were very rude, while they messed up my order and I went back to correct my order; the child they have working the front counter was very harsh in tone and very unhelpful. I asked to speak with a manager about the situation to just get my food and go and they just had another employee impersonate the manager until the actual manager walked by and asked if she could help and I told her I was good speaking to the manager when she then clarified she was in fact the actual manager. When I explained the situation of food allergies and even showed my receipt to the manager was very unhelpful herself and stated I should’ve just pulled off the “onion”. After that I requested contact to the General manager and the manager “Kira?” Told me she doesn’t know her superiors and has no contact information for them and for me to try my luck “googling” it.

I was so excited to learn that there was a Hardee's near where my niece lives as Hardee's around me went under over 20 years ago and it was always my favorite. I always look forward to going up north because ik there is Hardee's on the way up there so I was excited for this and it was absolutely disappointing:-( The burger meat was NOT good!! It tastes NOTHING like the burger meat from the Hardee's I have when going up north and I'm really hoping that this was just a bad day or they gave me impossible meat?? They also don't do sesame buns like other Hardee's but even the bun wasn't very good. I'll go back and give it another try the next time we bring my niece home and change my review if my experience is better and I'm hoping it does. Oh and their parking lot is HORRIBLE so be cautious if you care...

I've loved Hardee's long before the store closings in the early 2000's so it pains me to rate 1 star.

It's been a long running joke that fast food never looks like the picture, but Hardee's takes this to a whole other level. I ordered 2 of the famously unique Frisco Burgers. First, it was on a plain old slice of square, toasted bread and not the signature round, thick sourdough bread. The burger was dry and so depleted of moisture that the 1/3 pound thick burger looked like a 1/4 pounder. In fact, the tomato slice had a diameter that was greater than the hamburger. The bacon was so overcooked or over heated that it was hard and brittle - not crispy. To top it all off, there was no cheese what so ever. Not even 1 slice on either burger!
