booty's cafe italiano — Restaurant in Hazle Township

Everyone has spoken so highly of this place and I am not sure why tonight we went for the first time and it will be our last time. We were seated right away drinks came right away and then about 15 minutes later someone was like are you being waited on we replied no. She waited on us annoyed at the other waitress found out the original waitress started Christmas decorating and forgot about us. Ordered food no up charge or substitute available ok fine food comes out chicken parm was good chicken Alfredo was horrible the sauce was mostly water chicken had no flavor the eggplant parm half was hard as a rock the other half moosh the French onion soup my daughter had onion pieces of the skin that I couldn't rip with my fingers. The waitress asked if we wanted boxes I showed her the onions her response was oh do you want boxes My response was no the food was disgusting enough the 1st time around who would want to reheat it We ate 4 bites of the chicken Alfredo 2 bites of the eggplant eggplant parm the chicken parm we did eat it eat when a manager was requested apparently one was not available never Ever again will I...

We went for pizza and wings on Friday, December 1st. The pizza was fine, but the service was absolutely horrible. The waitress was probably inexperienced or unfocused. We wanted & ordered bonless wings before the pizza, and they came out about 5 minutes after tue pizza was served and were normal boned wings. We said they were supposed to be boneless. She then took it back and was supposed to swamp it. They were swamped, but it took like 25 minutes additional. We ended up getting the wings to go. The manager came over to check on things, and we told her about the experience. You would think for the trouble we went through and how we didn't even have the appetizer as part of the meal, they would've taken it off or discounted them. Nope. Full price for the lousy service.

Don't get me wrong, the pizza was absolutely fine and the quality was good there, but the service absolutely sucked and even the management was poor. That's not how you run a business at all. Went there for my birthday party in December of 2017. It started off great but ended up being a disaster. We are a party of 10 we had reservations for 6 and we didn't finish until 10. They only had one waiter for us who was clearly overwhelmed. The food was okay a little on the pricey side for what it was. Many of the guests were upset because they waited up to 30 minutes for a drink refills and 2 hours for our dishes! The kicker at the end of the night was when the check had to be split into four different parties, which the waiter was made aware of ahead of time. He came to the table asked if we wanted anything else, we said no. He said let me go make up your checks and I'll be back in a couple minutes. 40 minutes later he returned with the checks and said that he apologized but it took him some time to split them up.
