McDonald's — Restaurant in Hazle Township

The whole night shift should be fired with the exception of the boy at the first window and whoever was making the food. Rude, disrespectful attitudes from 2 girls on the speaker and handing out the food. Heard the one girl say to the customer in the other line “for the third time we don’t have mango” like excuse me miss ma’am but maybe tonight should be your last night employed. Asked for an extra sauce at the window and got “we charge for those and I don’t take money at this window” with all the nasty attitude she could muster. I’m sorry but after I sit in your drive thru for 40 minutes because you’re slow as hell the least you can do is say you’re sorry for the wait and sure ma’am here’s an extra sauce. Heck I could have handed her some change and she could have rung it up later if the quarter it costs was that important, instead I get a window slammed in my face. Shame on this location and shame on the whatever “manager” was on duty allowing these nasty girls to speak to the customers like that! I can safely say this was the worst service I’ve ever gotten...

Horrible customer service. Placed a to go order, got it home it was the wrong order. Called them they said bring back will replace. Took it back. Literally packed up the food and took it back to McDonalds. The girl at the window wanted the receipt. They don't automaticallly give receipts at this McDonalds they ask if you want one. After he paid she said do you want a receipt my son said no. When he returned with the food that we bought not more than 10mions before he was told he had to to inside and explain to the manager what was wrong.. I have a very serious lung probable and didn't want my son going inside due to the Corona Virus finallly after almost after an HOUR they decided to replace the meal. So we get home home the meal and guess what THE ORDER IS STILL...

Remember that this is fast food. You shouldn't expect much, I was surprised with how clean the inside of the store was considering how busy they were, middle of lunch rush. The staff was friendly and the new girl behind the counter seemed to be doing well. I saw they were hiring and the wages they were offering was pretty great for an entry level fast food job, $10 for part time, $11 for full time day and "premium" for night shift, which I'm guessing is around $12. To put that in perspective, the entry level factory work here starts you at about 13.50.

Overall, great service. I ordered first and 2 of the 3 people that ordered after me got their food first but that's perfectly okay, just means mine was...
