Burger King — Restaurant in Heath

Went through the drive thru, pulled to the intercom and didn't get a greeting so I waited a couple of minutes and didn't say anything and waited because I figured they were busy and low on staff and didn't want to make them feel rushed. I finally said hello after no response and then was told to take a minute to look at the menu. Well I continued to wait, then after some time, I was given the okay to start ordering. When I started ordering I simply and kindly asked for 2 whoppers no bun, no ketchup with extra mayo from the back instead of the packets. I say this because they always hand me packets and they don't taste as good, it's like heinz or kraft and definitely isn't the same and that's my preference. Whoever took my order, which I believe was a manager said we can't do that guy we don't have anything to put it in. I said it can go in the same container as the whoppers I don't mind how it looks. He said the mayonnaise in the packets are the same, then said they can try to do it. ( Mind you I don't run into attitude or an issue like this from other burger kings.) He asked if anything else and I said no, then he proceeds to have me pull forward to the second window. The person who handed me my food said they put mayo in a container for me, and he was nice.

So I get my food, drive 25 minutes home. I sit down and grab my food out of the bag, then the container of mayo. I open the container and the mayonnaise was disgusting. It was yellow like they scraped out the sides of an old mayo container. I'm sure this was deliberate. Very pathetic and immature. I will not go back to this burger king nor recommend...

This should have reflected mytrips to the Hebron Ohio Burger King not the Heath Ohio My first experience at this location was going in the restaurant to dine in. It did take them I'd say 12 to 15 minutes to get my food - to me a little longer then I'm normally accustomed to. One of the managers apologized and actually gave me a cake because I had waited what they thought was longer than normal. I felt that was a nice gesture and had not really complained about anything. But my last trip, which was through the drive-thru, will be my last trip to this Burger King (even though I live a half mile away.) As usual, quite a few cars in line... and I figured out why . I was at the pick up window for what I was told by Jon the manager 7 minutes (he forgot to add in the five minutes I was in line prior to reaching the window. I was there for just one chicken sandwich and I asked him why they didn't have me just move up and bring it out to me. again if it takes them 12 minutes to get me one sandwich so be it, I was happy to move forward I felt bad for the guys behind me. John didn't seem to understand the idea of expediting. Anyway I waited another short period. And finally drove away without my chicken sandwich. Sorry I can't grade the food I...

The new BK looks nice but the quality of service hasn't changed. I've been here twice and both times they were missing a part of my order. The first time we took the food home to eat, only to realize my daughter's meal was not in the bag. I called and was told to come back through the line but the line was so long that I walked up to the window (doors are locked). The guy was pleasant and made it right. I just got breakfast there this morning (03/28/21, 9:40ish). The guy taking orders was rude from the start. My wife pulled forward and it was too late when I stopped her to tell her that my sandwich wasn't in the bag. The line was long again. I tried the doors (knowing they'd be locked) before walking to the window. The guy was incredibly rude and from the way he asked what I needed to the way he told me to go to the doors (which I already tried to begin with) because he "couldn't have me standing there". When I got my sandwich, it was a sloppy, soggy, thrown together mess. I gave them a second chance and they blew it. I will not return.
