So my kids got gift cards for Christmas thought We would check it on New years Day I called 2 days before to check hours and if they had food they explained that we could order pizza. So we went today and we go up to order our pizza and they tell us 45 mins about 30 mins they called us back up to tell us after we paid and everything that the pizza place they order from was closed and that we now have nothing for the 5 of us to eat for lunch so we had to figure something else out after we called ahead and planned this all out ahead of time so I asked can we go order pizza in the mall to bring and eat instead and they told us NO there is no outside food allowed I said okay I understand this normally but since they didn't have a way to make or have any hot food then why couldn't we just this one day. I was very shocked to say the least how they handled this if another company has made arrangements to have pizza delivered there for customers why on earth would they not know when the pizza place is opened and if they are closed have another arrangement worked out. We also ran into the problem of 1 employee telling us we can do something and another one telling us that we couldn't it was very confusing to myself let alone my kids. The place is huge and beautiful clean very Well maintained just very thrownby the other issues on top of that they were out of several sizes of socks the games were mostly out of order even the snack machines were sold out or not functioning for a farely new place was bazaar. Hopefully they get this stuff figured out was a very odd day. I also dont recommend going ro Masseys for pizza instead they lost our order so we wasted an hour and a half of jump time trying to mess around to feed my kids when we again tried to plan ahead and have this figured out otherwise we would have planned something else for us to eat it was supposed to be a fun Family Holiday outing at a awsome new place but it turned into a starving frusterating day 😭😭😭 Very expensive to loose out on play time messing around...
Read moreTook my 10 yr old here for his birthday, the day would have been great were it not for the following. While paying for our passes. I ran my card, after a few attempts it appeared to go through but the cashier told me that it didn't go through properly. They had me run it again and this time it was declined, having just gotten my paycheck I was perplexed that it would declined. I stepped aside to check my bank as my mother paid with her card instead. I looked and it had indeed taken the money from my account. I showed the clerk and she told me that it didn't show on their end so I should just call my bank and see what's going on. I walked away, called and was informed by my bank that it was a successful transaction. At which time, with my bank on the phone I headed to the desk to talk to the clerk and was informed she was busy and would be out shortly. After 10ish minutes I apologized to the operator on the phone and said I would call back when they finally came out. A few minutes later she returned and informed me she was on the phone with the GM (Whose name nor number I was given, just told they were off site when asked) and said that since my account screen showed pending (charges that are declined will not show up) they would not be doing anything until it showed otherwise, which would take a few days. Even tho I clearly showed it had already taken the funds out and my bank telling me that it was indeed successful. I was then offered jump passes in exchange even tho I purchased 3 hours worth already so would not need them for the day, and live over an hour and a half away only here for a special event. I ended up having to call my bank again and dispute the charge. Now I must wait several business days for the return of it. Ruining the rest of our plans for the day as I now have to pay back my mother AND wait days for the money back. Bring cash or beware because they will not refund...
Read moreJust trying to enjoy watching your kids play and then the staff is harassing you about no shoes on the floor (no sign or staff told us about this when making the purchase of admission and socks for the kids.no sign or staff member told us at the time of purchase that the adults watching the children should also purchase socks to just watch your kids play) took my flip fops off no problem go back to watching my kids. Now I’m being told I need socks to watch my kids jump .. out of all the jump places I’ve been to with my kids never have I ever had to purchase socks for myself nor take my shoes off to watch my kids jump around and play . I would totally understand if I too were jumping ….. but I’m just watching . I understand the no shoes thing … but for adults who wear flip flops whom are just watching .. provide free socks like the shoe places when trying on new shoes…. Or just let us be barefoot. We know the risk we are taking being barefoot… make a waver for us to sign if we so choose to be barefoot . Crazy y’all want us to pay for socks just to watch. Talk about nickle and...
