The establishment was very busy that was expected it was a Friday night. 15-20min wait no big deal. We got seated outside which I asked for. Our servers name was Kevin. Got our menus and some water he said take your time no rush. We were ready to order our drinks waited 5-7min before he came back, I ordered a beer and a soda for my wife. Soda quickly came out followed by the eventual beer that was delivered to the wrong table. Decided we wanted the special for our appetizer which was delicious soup.

We had placed our dinner order I got Chicken and my wife ordered the Ribs. The soup came out and was delivered to wrong table again. I ordered a second beer to have with dinner. The tables around us were receiving food and drink refills, while we on the other just sat there patiently waiting for eye contact drink refills dinner, something.

Aftet the second the table that was seated after us was eating there food we finally got Kevin's attention called him over and asked where our food was. He seemed shocked and surprised that we hadn't received our dinner.

Kevin left and didn't come right back. He did come back and said the order never went through. He then proceeded to show us his tablet to show us he had placed the order. I didn't care we had waited over 20min we just wanted dinner.

The food was decent. The Ribs were good the Chicken was dry and not much flavor.

The biggest reason I'm giving the bad review. The servers attention to his tables was terrible.

We had gone up to heber for the famous winter train ride and wanted to eat after wards. Found back 40 Ranch and it was a great experience. Waited around 15-20 minutes for a table for 8 of us. (They were less busy when we had arrived) The menus were nice, sleek and legible with no pictures thank goodness and only words to describe their tasty dishes. Our waitress was very helpful and so sweet. We ordered home style potato chips for the table with a onion dip and it was delightful. My entree was the Kickin Chicken sandwich and every single bite was tender and juicy. The sandwich came with a side which I selected the parm style fries and I was no disappointed, they had the right amount of crisp and flavor. We waited about 20 minutes for our food for a grand total of 35 minutes to wait from getting our table to getting our food that is very good. A few other entrees the table received were the tomato basil soup and the chicken strip both were very good from what I heard. Bathrooms were very cute and clean and offered a changing table but make sure you have a mat for your child to lay on since the table is quite rough for a baby. I had forgot to get some photos of the dining room but it was cute and open with some pretty decor. We sat next to the big open window in the back with a great view of the surrounding landscapes.
