Phone DOC — Local services in Heber

The owner/manager at Phone Doc is super nice & he tries to be helpful. BUT, I would be cautious when going here. A couple of months ago I took my 12.9 iPad in to get a new screen. It cost $600. It has been glitching since the new screen. So, I took it back in. When looking at it, Phone Doc cracked my new screen I had just purchased from them. They tried using another screen they had there & in the process the touch screen stopped working. So, they offered me $400 if I’d give them my iPad or a “new” used iPad, if I’d give them my iPad. The new 12.9 retails at $1500+ and the screen they cracked & ruined was new & cost me $600. They didn’t offer to refund me the $600 for their damage. They just wanted my now “broken” iPad for less than the screen I had just bought from them. It’s always a risk when taking electronics to get fixed and I realize that. Also, I realize this place is a small business & needs to make money. But, from my experience, I wouldn’t trust them and I definitely won’t go back. They weren’t honest and upfront with me until I clued into what had happened, then they admitted to breaking...

this experience can’t go without being shared! I rely on my phone so that my clients can always have somewhere to reach me at and when it gave out on me I needed to be back online ASAP so I am beyond thankful for @PhoneDoc Because although I was one of those customers that shows up half hour before closing time they still Welcomed me in And right away took my phone to have my battery replaced! Therefore I would like to thank Noah for Such great service and not to mention for making my visit a pleasant one...When I was ready to pay for the amazingly fast repair they did, the guy I was about to pay-Ethan- Was very helpful in answering the questions that I had and not once looked irritated Because keep in mind it is now 7:10pm and I don’t know about you but when it was time for me to go home I was ready to lock up and run LOL but Ethan was beyond patient with me and was very helpful in answering my questions! We have 5 members of our family and with the different phone and devices we have over the years. Many have needed the careful attention that the owner and his staff has. They have always taken great care of us. I trust them! I bring my phone in and have them do a quote on it. I also let them know if I have insurance on the device. Mostly I don't. Then they let me know how much the repairs are. There has been a handful of times that they have told me that it's probably not in my best interest to go ahead with the repairs. I'm extremely grateful for the integrity that they have, as this seems to be in short supply these days. The repairs are extremely competitively priced as I have gone around to others with the same problem, looking for the best deal. If you haven't given them a try yet give it a shot on your next cracked screen or battery issues or any other issues...
