Blue Sun Tanning and Spa — Local services in Heber

A friend of mine recommended red light therapy and infrared sauna for pain relief. I’ve had two ACL replacements and major back injuries. I’m 40 and I’ve done every type of physical therapy and rehab for these.

I was skeptical, but always down to try something new. I found out that Blue Sun Spa offers both of the services. I stopped by and the staff shared their insights and recommendations. I’ve been doing both three or four times a week for a month now. I don’t know what’s doing what but I know the improvement is dramatic. I’ve continued the same workouts and physical therapy routine but this feels like it’s put both on steroids. Less pain, more mobility, more progress.

The staff is always on point. The shop is always clean and orderly. I said I’d give it a month, but I see no reason to stop . So stoked to have a place right here to utilize the services.

I am so happy there is finally a tanning salon with lightbeds and not just spray bays The salon is so nice and well put together really great beds. I've been tanning 10 years and they have the most updated beds I've ever been in with great lights for amazing color and the price point is really great for what they have. The owner is so sweet. Took her time to show me around the salon, show each bed and how to use them. Highly recommend using and to checking out to see their products. Made this review when it first opened but I'm sad that the front girls are teenagers that are just chilling and have attitude when you come in and call on the phone for appointments. I've got a good color but haven't got any darker and I normally can keep changing shades for as much as I tan but I can't see any...

Worst service I’ve had today. Cashton had the worst customer service I would never talk to someone the way he talk to me today made me feel like as if I really wasn’t welcome as if I was a thief by switching out a bottle of lotion when I was told I could super confusing I pay a lot of money to come there and tan and I’ve bought three different types of lotion and the one lady had mentioned that I could switch it out that the owner is really good about doing that so that’s exactly what I did.
