The regular employees and managers are some of the very best and nicest in Helena. In fact they are unbeliveably polite... Ive been going in there for several years once or twice a week.. Then there was today, the red headed manager that I had not seen before was getting unhappy , when i questioned him about the price.. I couldn't figure out why the price was more than usual.. He insisted it was right, then I figured out he did not give me the senior discount.. I asked for it and gave him a twenty and he gave me the change for no discount, acting like nothing was out of place..( rather than saying im sorry we dont give senior discounts any more or other excuse a profesional would do and ask if i still wanted it.. But charged me regular price like i was an idiot and wouldnt figure it out.... I said did he give me the discount and he said he did not, and started getting rudish.. I said please give me my discount,( im totally grey and 68 years old).. He refused like he couldnt care if i came in there or not, and I asked for my money back and he was not physically, but Im the boss here rude, and pushed the money back at me.. It was unbeliveable becouse for years this was a very polite and pleasant place to come... I could not believe someone as self centered as this could be a manager.. Ive owned three buisiness' in my life and learned the hard way that poor customer service is a good way to loose alot of customers.... I still cant belive i was treated that way.... The other emplyees do not deserve a poor review, just the red headed manager young man working thusday early afternoon feburary 23, 2017. If he treats his employees this way which would be typical for this type of boss, they will start getting empoyee turnover, shortages on the line, slower poorer service and fewer customers as the buisiness...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely horrible customer service! Yesterday when going through the drive thru, my boyfriend, cousin and I with our dog ordered food and didnāt receive two items: a double beef and cheddar sandwich and a plain chicken sandwich. The lady in the drive thru suggested the plain chicken sandwich since they donāt sell just the patty and we told her we wanted to order that for our dog. We drove 25 minutes away and found out we didnāt get those two things. I called the store and the gentleman on the phone told me to come back and theyāll fix it. Another 25 minute drive ending up with my boyfriend arguing with the lady at the drive thru. She tried to lie saying we didnāt order those two items then said she remembered our order and didnāt apologize for her mistake. After telling her multiple times that I would like to speak to a manager or the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone, I was ignored. Finally a manager did come and finally we got our receipt that they never gave us and we had to order again just to get two items that were missed. Too much stress and frustration for something we should have got in the first place. No apology or acknowledgement of their mistake by the management or the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI feel compelled to change my five star review to a one star review for the Helena Arby's and here's why: today they were so careless and lazy with my special order due to my dairy allergy that they not only ensured an allergic reaction for me, I am hungry and out my lunch money. I take the time and care to look up any food I order on the allergen and ingredients menu and I take care to clearly communicate when I order that I need my sandwich without cheese. Instead of making me a sandwich without cheese as ordered they just picked most of the cheese off a premade one and served it to me as a safe food for me to eat. Because they picked off most of the cheese it was not obviously contaminated, so I had a few bites before I realized there were bits of cheese hiding in the meat and then it was too late. It's not unreasonable nor difficult for me to expect and for Arby's employees to make me a sandwich without cheese. It wasn't an oops or mistake, they chose to consciously serve me a contaminated sandwich. The employees at this Arby's need to be made more aware of special orders...
