My family and I had dinner around 4:30 till 6 we were there. Unfortunately this experience was not a nice one. Out of all 7 employees that I saw working 4 out of those 7 were not kid friendly. One employee flat out told a customer that he can not and couldn't help this one family in the kid zone. 2 other employees told my grandson move and get out of there way. I pulled one of those employees aside and simple asked next time you interact with a child or anyone for that matter to remember to use manners please. Her response was I have been told by my manager to get the kids out of our way and to say move or get moving. I looked at her so dumbfounded and smiled and said it takes 2 seconds to add please or thank you. If we are to teach our children (our future) to use there manners then to use there manners first. Great place to take the kids an family...you can eat an let the kids go play THE BIGGEST CONVENIENCE IS THEY HAVE TVS EVERYWHERE SO U CAN KEEP AN EYE ON UR CHILDREN WHILE U SIT, RELAX, AND EAT!!! THEY LITTERALLY SHOW YOU EVRYONE AND EVERY AREA. Grat food and great times also THERES A PHOTO BOOTH ONLY COST 4 or y points for 2 sets of 7 poses or some where around that...it is worth it and food is not bad at all something...

Absolutely loved the experience. First time there today with my family and the food was delicious for reasonable price. My daughter Absolutely loved the fun zone she is almost 3 and was able to do most the games, some with assistance. You get alot of points for very little money and so many neat prizes to chose from even if you don't get alot of tickets. Thank you for this...
