We visited this subway location on November 30th at 8:00 p.m. and had the most uncomfortable visit we have ever had at a restaurant. Started off normal with the asking us what we wanted to order but quickly turned very uncomfortable and hostile. We forgot to ask to add ranch to the sandwich, to which we notified the employee to see if it could still be added. The response we got was a loud shout saying: I ASKED YOU IF YOU WANTED SAUCE AND YOU IGNORED ME! To which we responded: we are sorry we didn’t hear you. After saying this the employee responded with how they are gonna kill someone for it sometime. Afterwards the employee proceeded to shout at the following customer/lady who entered for ordering 6 sandwiches online for her family. He shouted and I quote, I hate large large orders! Don’t ever do this again passed 8:00. I am alone and I will refuse your order next time! To which she responded she was very sorry and she just needed 6 sandwiches to feed her kids. He proceeded to be very rude afterwards and even call his fellow employee names to the customer as the employee was leaving the building. I am overall shocked that an establishment would hire, let alone keep someone in this mental state. I atleast hope subway can make amends to the young lady who was put into tears for simply ordering her children a meal. Employee was male with...
Read moreNo benefit of the doubt here, ordered a six pack of white chocolate chip cookies and they handed me the brownie cookies. Told us that that’s all he can give us and to get over it. It’s not a case of get what you get don’t throw a fit, I saw the cookies I ordered in the case, he chose to give me the ones I’m allergic to (I notified him) BUT WAIT there’s more. I’ve worked in fast food, I know it’s not the best, but I also know it’s extremely easy to listen to someone and comprehend. The amount of times I heard people ordering say “no that’s not what I said” or something along those lines was nuts, people walked out more upset than they walked in; me included. I didn’t get the bread I ordered, the lettuce is scarce, there’s only meat on half the sandwich, was told that whatever they give me is what I get, no matter if I ordered it or not. I didn’t get a name, but this dude went out of his way to make an example of poor customer service. I don’t find myself much of a complainer when it comes to service, I get it we all have our days, but like woah, unsupervised toddlers could handle themselves better. Save yourself the headache and go to the...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. We waited in line for 30 minutes with only 3 people in front of us. They guy making my sandwich asked me 4x if I wanted it toasted to which I said yes please and then he continued to leave it I toasted. Probably because a “regular” was behind us and he jumped to making his sandwich instead of finishing out two so that the man could skip the rest of the line. I asked the other guy if he could please toast my sandwiches so the first guy put it in the oven but never set any timer apparently so when he did remember it he pulled it out and it was burnt to hell. He offered to remake it so I said yes and he changed his mind squeezing my black bread and saying “well it’s still soft” then proceeded to put some random cold cheese on top of the warm cheese that I did not ask for. 40 minutes from the time we walked in to getting very disappointing food. Will probably never go here again. The guy at the register had no idea what was going on and the guy making sandwiches wasn’t even paying attention and left a like of 8 people still behind us so he...
