I ordered from their website what is shown to be a Mac and cheese burrito. There is a clear picture of a burrito cut in half with slices of brisket layered throughout. I payed extra for added brisket.

What I got when I got there was a small cup of Mac and cheese with a few tiny chunks of brisket on top.

They told me they don’t make a burrito. I showed them the website on my phone and they agreed it showed a burrito. When they asked the manager about it he wouldn’t even look in our direction and said the picture was of two cups. We were all confused. I tried to show him the picture and he wouldn’t even look at me much less the picture. THIS IS OBVIOUS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

I got the Gold Rush and substituted the bacon for their "chutney". The bread was burnt, they charged an extra $1.50 to substitute bacon for the "chutney", their definition of a chutney was adding canned diced tomatoes to it, and their soup dip was broke. By broke I mean it was warm to the point that there was absolutely no consistency. I understand that their mac n cheese and their soup come out of a bag, the bread is the cheapest you can get in town, and they seem to be still surviving somehow as a business. The new owner WILL NOT honor past 406 Deal coupons that were part of the old owners advertising program. Tried to redeem a $6.00 remaining credit on two lunches ($20.00 tab with tip) but was refused by the new owner. Just to satisfy my own curiosity, I totaled up my 2018 purchases at Lattes and Sundaes and came up with almost $500 spent on lunches. When I asked the new owner about the 406 deal not being honored...he told me and my guest to "enjoy our last meal there". VERY POOR BUSINESSMAN in my opinion.
