As I walked into this Chipotle my wife and I were met with a line it moved at a pace that was steady enough to justify staying, though something did catch my eye while waiting. The line for the bathroom was almost as long as for the food but dismissed it as a busy first week open and waited in line patiently. little did I know of what awaited me at the end of this line. As we arrived to order I ordered a burrito with the limited time smoked brisket along with chips and green salsa as well as the infamous chipotle Guacamole. My wife and I sat down to eat our meals as I took a few bites of the chips which I found to be too salty and salsa that I found struck a well balance as for flavor and spice… little did I know. Then came an infamous Chipotle Guacamole overall very good if not a bit heavy on cilantro… little did I know Then came my burrito a limited time smoked brisket burrito with fajita veggies, brown rice, green salsa, light queso, corn and traditional cheese and black beans. The first bite was underwhelming a blur of queso and beans filled my mouth to mediocrity but then a few bites in I get the taste of a brisket as if I ordered straight from Franklins BBQ itself succulent and savory this made the burrito infinitely better… little did I know. My wife and I ate as much as we could and decided to leave. But this is not the end of my experience with this burrito chain. Shortly after leaving it hit me. A echoing of pain and inflammation in my stomach, desperately I seeked a bathroom, I went to the business next door all the bathrooms were full. I tried another buisness… same story bathrooms full stalls packed with lines… then I noticed I had seen these people before… at the chipotle. Every bathroom in a 3 square mile radius was packed with the fowl stench from this retched restaurant. Groaning and sweating in every bathroom you walked into. After leaking in my own vehicle I finally found a gas station restroom available but one could see the remnants of what clearly was another chipotle customers marks...

Dear Chipotle Management,
I recently moved back to Helena after living in Boise, ID, where I enjoyed frequent visits to Chipotle. While the food and service were generally good, my most recent experience left much to be desired.
I ordered my meal to go, and when I received my bowl, I was surprised to find that it came without a bag. I was simply handed the bowl, which seemed like an oversight, as I would expect a bag for takeout orders.
During my visit, the staff member who assisted me was very friendly and accommodating—he even gave me extra rice when I asked. However, the rest of the experience was less than satisfactory. When I went to grab a fork for my bowl, I found the silverware station almost completely empty. There were a few forks on top of the counter, but the one fork in the cup appeared dirty. When I asked the manager for a clean fork, I was told to look again, which was both unhelpful and frustrating. I made it clear that I was asking for a clean fork because none were available, and yet I was met with indifference.
Having worked in fast food myself, I understand the importance of customer service, and the expectation that the customer is always right. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to basic cleanliness and service, and frankly, this is not the level of quality I expect from a company like Chipotle. I genuinely enjoy your food, but I hope management takes these issues seriously so Helena doesn't lose yet another restaurant due to poor service.
I trust that you will address these concerns and ensure that this kind of experience doesn’t...
Read moreWhen I first walked into Chipotle, I had no idea what to expect beyond the buzz that surrounds this fast-casual haven. But after that first bite, I understood why so many people are devoted to it. It’s not just food; it’s an experience that feels like it’s lifting you to a new level of satisfaction.
Chipotle is life-changing for a few reasons. First, the customization is liberating. You don’t have to settle for something close to what you want; you get exactly what you crave. From protein to veggies to toppings, every decision is yours. You’re building the burrito (or bowl, or taco) of your dreams—one layer at a time.
The ingredients themselves are fresh, natural, and responsibly sourced. In a world where processed foods are the norm, Chipotle stands out by offering something that feels real and wholesome. The quality is consistently high, and you can taste the difference.
The food is filling and energizing, not the kind that leaves you sluggish. It’s perfect for people on the go who need a meal that will power them through the day.
In short, Chipotle isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an essential part of my routine. It’s the kind of meal that fuels your body and your spirit, reminding you that fast food doesn’t have to mean unhealthy food. If you’re looking...
