My wife and I came here all the way from Missouri based on the word from my wife’s father saying this place is a fair and great place to do business. We still made a deal on what we brought because we weren’t going to travel over 1200 miles and leave empty handed. The guy was pretty cool at first but got a really bad attitude when I tried to barter for 91 bucks when it was a substantial amount we were making a deal on. He threw a tantrum and went as far as insulting us and acted like we were into some shady business and saying it was shitty product he didn’t even want. If you didn’t want it then why make an offer? You guys are literally in the business of taking advantage of people. No matter how you justify it you still take advantage of people who come in and trade with you. It is true otherwise you wouldn’t make any money. Which is ok because everyone has to have some sort of hustle to survive in this world. We would have traded with this company in the future and sought to create a working relationship as well but we will not be back here because this guy wanted to be insulting and disrespectful just because I tried to barter over 91 bucks even after we stood there and listened to him barter with someone else. Truly amazes me how much disrespect this guy had for people trying to do business. He made the comment “is it 4 o’clock yet”. If you don’t want to be there then quit or call in. Don’t treat potential long term clients like crap just because you don’t want to be there. My wife was upset to the point of crying about how we were treated when we left there. She felt like they made a liar out of her father who had passed away two years ago. We would have planned on future deals with this company but not after the way we were treated. Yes yall been in business for years and have built several locations, but that don’t mean you can’t lose valuable customers of whom you make your money off of by treating people like that. One thing to remember, you guys got to where you are off of the customer base that you have not the other way around. I hope you learn from this and correct the behavior that drove away a long term working relationship that would have brought in more business than just ours.
Response to your comment; This review is not about the prices it is about how we were treated. I tried to barter for 91 dollars and the guy totally disrespected and insulted us when he could have simply said the offer wasn’t negotiable. Instead he cussed at us and got a really bad attitude about it. So your response to this post is...
