Put in order online for pickup. When we arrived, there was a sign saying be back in a min. Thanks for waiting. We waited over 8 min before calling the montana Ave location only to be told to go to another location. I was back late to work due to this incident. Update. After receiving a response from the owner, I can see how this was an honest mistake and not something this business is in the habit of doing. Love City Brew, the young lady who was working the morning shift Friday, February 17th, 2023 rude and snobby. Considering that I'm a platinum member I know for a fact that you can put money on my card if I ask. So shutting the window and rolling your eyes and yes I saw you do it. Not very professional when training a new employee. Since I have been going to City Brew since 2007 I also know how my drink is supposed to be made and what it tastes like with one shot and what it tastes like with 2 shots. The barista served us a Montana lemonade. When we tasted it it was sour. When we said it tasted bad she got mad at us. I had already paid. Then she said that when she took the lemonade out it had foamed. She knew this and still served it! When we asked for an Italian soda instead she actually wanted to charge us more. If I had served a known drink where the product was bad, I would have provided a free drink at the very least. Take the extra time to drive up the road...
