Drive thru coffee hut with lanes on either side & multiple locations. I've always been a die-hard Starbucks fan, but lately, every drink I've ordered has been terrible. I thought I'd give this place a try. I love it! There are so many drink options. They even have the lavendar lattes I can't seem to find anywhere else. Prices are average for the area & they do offer a rewards program to earn free drinks. They also have an app that allows you to load cash to your reward card. A bonus perk is you get an addl $2 for every $20, which does add up if you drink coffee every day like I do. I can not believe how rude this lady was as i drove up to the window to order a drink. Not only was she RUDE to me and my boyfriend. She took our orders. Mine was a "hevens" latte and my BF got a dark almond moca. Needless to say she did not give us what we payed for. My havens latte was nothing but carmel and milk and some bitter coffee.... I am never coming back. And will make sure people do the same!!!!!!

So tired of the entitled young ladies that work at Florence. Never a thank you when giving tips. Tipping is entirely optional I work hard for my money and when giving it away multiple multiple times these women are so ungrateful killing tipping culture even more it's really embarrassing. Around the holidays we gave a very sizeable tip, said merry Christmas she said "yep" and closed the windows. Have been coming here for years and so disappointed.
