If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely horrible. Some high school age girl took our order and was very rude. We asked for strawberry sundaes with EXTRA strawberries, and then a blizzard, pretty simple order.. get up to the window and I different teen took our pay and she was almost as rude as the other one. Just had a scowl on her face the whole time. I recognized her from the other DQ so i can only assume she got fired from that one and had to come here. Said the total and snatched my card out of my hands and shut the window. I asked for a receipt and she didn’t give me one. We then waited for almost 15 minutes for our ice cream and saw them preparing it then our whole order was just sitting on the table while they talked to their friends. FOR FIVE MINUTES our order sat there and I almost knocked on the window because I was so pissed. They must have forgotten that windows are see through and we were watching them do nothing for 5 minutes. Finally we got our order after waiting so long. She quickly handed it to us and shut the window. Upon examination we saw that not only did they not put extra strawberries, there was almost no strawberries on it at all. Then to top it all off (with everything but strawberries) they got the blizzard wrong. I usually try to give fast food workers grace, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant. If you’re gonna have shitty food, then at least have...

Horrible service ... threw my change at me ...didn't know the managers name then pretend to be the manager ...gave me a wrong number for the manager .....kept saying we are training right now while the guy who also basically chucked my food at me(why I finally asked for a manager) ....spilled my icream all over me ....and slammed the window saying have a good day and just stood there ..when I got upset about his treatmentof me ... So I ordered a very simple order around 6:50ish told me it would be done at 7:20 went in around 7:40 gave them 20 mins to make sure it was done and completeled. The pickup status had changed to 8:47 p.m The kid at the counter told me that they just dropped the chicken and it would be done in 15-30 mins came back at 8:10p.m and she told me they didnt even start it yet? It had been over an hour since the order was placed and it just seemed like I was waisting my time for something to never get done. I over heard the dude in the back say “well if its not up in the window you need to bother us about it” I worked in the food industry downtown, this is a fast food place it shouldn’t take almost 2 hours for some chicken, a blizzard and a shake!...
