The customer service here is terrible & disappointing. The manager there today on 11/25/23 had the most terrible customer service Iāve experienced, and I have been in customer service for 10 years. They never smile, are rude and condescending, and talk in a patronizing tone. The order was running 20 minutes late when we got there, and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes after we got there. We ordered 5 pizzas online for a birthday party: 4 pepperoni, 1 cheese. For the cheese pizza, we asked for extra cheese instead of a topping. The woman at the desk greeting us with a sour face and said āAre you the girl who ordered 5 pizzas?ā We were told that they tried calling us for clarification of the order, because the instructions were not clear. (Not sure what is so hard about extra cheese..) We did miss the call due to us being at the grocery store next door getting groceries. She lectured us on how we ordered incorrectly and that they would not be able to give us extra cheese due to the price difference being $.40 short for extra cheese. I offered to pay the difference & asked if they would accept that. She said she could do that if we canceled the entire order, throw out all the pizzas, and re-make all the pizzas. I told her she could just re-do the one pizza, or just add a little cheese to existing one as it would melt. They would literally be put $40 if they did what she suggested. I said donāt worry about it. Weāre in a hurry, and the pizzas were supposed to be done 20 minutes ago - extra cheese or not. We just want a cheese pizza at this point. That female employee was not nice at all. Normally in a situation like this they would just say āIām sorry. We were not able to add the cheeseā and move on. The manager came to explain all of this to us in a very rude, patronizing tone. I finally said to him āstop talking to my mom as if sheās stupid, and go get the pizzas. Weāre in a hurry at this point.ā He went to get the pizzas, came back, and said āSince there was some confusion regarding the toppings, letās open each pizza to look at it and make sure it looks okay.ā He opened each box obviously as slowly as he could. While, the pizza was delicious the delivery process was not a good experience at all. First everything was done online and it was supposed to be a contactless delivery, but it was anything but contactless. The driver handed me a clip board with a receipt to sign, and hands me a Diet Pepsi which we didnāt order. We ordered a regular Pepsi, but he was insistent that we did order it. So I took it and signed the slip entering the total exactly as it was on the slip; because the tip was supposed to be added online. The man then opens the pizza carrier and has me remove the items from within. As he starts to walk off he stops and questions me about the tip. Saying you donāt want to add a tip. I said it was supposed to be included online. He says no itās not added and asks me to add it now. I tell him no I donāt have anything to add. At this point Iām feeling very uncomfortable with him pressuring me to add it now. I finally tell him no and close the door.

My last three orders have been completed incorrectly, despite being simple. With the exception of wings, the quality of the food I've gotten recently has been sub-par; either cold, burnt, or greasy.
Even the ordering process has become difficult thanks to a change - I'm told - in their ordering system. System notwithstanding, I don't enjoy dealing with what seems like stressed out employees either in person or by phone, and don't feel that the surcharge for online ordering is worth the convenience.
