The following is a completely cohesive and honest review of Starbucks located at 1300 Prospect Ave. I was forced against my will to enter this establishment. Man was I disappointed, the corporate greed can be clearly seen throughout every facet of this establishment. Supporting Starbucks is supporting a monopoly and a more than likely supporting a communist take over. Is this even a coffee shop? Coffee is barely on the menu and they even tried to hide it from the good people! The liberal hipster vibes have killed my spirit and there isn't a proper hitching post for my horse Patsy! Unbelievable! This is Montana for god sakes! The drive thru should be called the “ride thru” to accommodate us blue collar Montanans and our trusty steeds. It also gives me vibes of France, France is one of the worst things to ever exist and having French connections in America is a disgrace and a straight stab to Uncle Sam. While I’m all for diversity, I’m just not for diversity involving the french. Not to mention the fact that one of the workers wore the same gloves in the bathroom as she did fixing up a liquidy special, then she even had the audacity to put those gloves in her oral cavity. I don't know how I can continue like this, Starbucks is forever dead to me and I can no longer gather the strength to enter this business and ask for a free water and use their Wi-Fi. Thanks for a worse experience than school! Signed a...
Read moreI went to the Starbucks like I normally do in the morning to get my normal coffee. I sat at the drive-thru for about 5-10 minutes before I made a sound asking if anybody was there. I get greeted back with WE ARE CLOSED. I told them there was no possible way for me to know because they didn't block off their drive-thru. Then I get greeted back with WE ARE WORKING ON IT. I have no idea why I wasn't greeted with hello our drive-thru is closed right now I'm so sorry we're having issues vs the harsh treatment I was given. I left extremely upset and I don't plan on visiting this location again. I know Starbucks could give a crap about me coming back but considering I spend a good amount of money there it's pretty crappy to feel like the workers are mistreating customers that come by who are supposedly supposed to read their minds instead of them actually doing their jobs and blocking off the drive-thru when they are closed. You can't expect people to know that and you shouldnt treat them like crap because of it. I hope that young lady gets some serious training or finds a job out of customer service because she does not know how to do her job one bit. I called the manager and was only given the shift leader of course and they could give a crap about what happened...
Read moreI don't know why this Starbucks has so many positive reviews. First, it took 25 minutes to get our drinks and only after I went up and asked them. We had been finished with our food for over 10 minutes!! Then, when they did make the coffee, they handed it to another customer (while I was standing right there!!) and he immediately took a sip. THEN he realized it wasn't his. And the barista didn't care. She stood there laughing and smiling. It took 10 more minutes to get a new pour over. But they got the foam and cup size in that one wrong too! But it gets worse. The ENTIRE bottom of the cup was COVERED in coffee grounds. I couldn't even finish the coffee. HOW do you get this much coffee grounds with a pour-over??? I feel I shouldn't even mention at this point that the second drink they handed me was the wrong size.
We are in an RV and have been to Starbucks all over the world and this has been our worst experience yet. Do NOT recommend this store.
How do you manage to miss two separate orders placed back to back?
15 people came after us and they all got their...
