Taco Bell — Restaurant in Helena

the customer service here is horrendous. i doordash regularly here and never take orders to taco bell now. my first interaction with them i went through the drive thru to pick up a dash, and the man let me know to go through the dining room next time. totally cool.

i had a second order later. attempted to open the door, locked. sign in the door saying that the lobby is closed. okay. i checked the app instructions and it said to go to the drive thru if the lobby is closed. okay. i waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, and asked for my order. a man started to respond, then a woman cut him off on the speaker and rudely told me to go the dining area. i told her it was locked and i couldn’t get in. she told me there was another door that was not indicated by the app nor any signage. i had to wait in the drive thru to get out and THEN go to the dining room and press a doorbell, which was unmarked. the same lady i presume was on the speaker opened the door and had a horrible attitude.

i am not usually one to have bad reviews, i get what it’s like to work in food service, but the least they could do is having correct instructions and signs. if that’s not gonna happen, be courteous when dashers are confused and cannot read your mind.

I don’t normally leave reviews mainly because I don’t care enough to leave reviews but dang Taco Bell you are really dropping the ball. The one thing I want is Taco Bell breakfast.. simple right? So this morning I decided I was gonna go get an AM crunch wrap at 8:30 am, went and the cones were up, so my husband calls and the person on the phone says they don’t open till 10.. okay fine that’s okay we’ll come back then, we come back at 10:10 get in the drive though I go to order and the lady says “we’re only serving lunch now” well I didn’t want lunch I WANTED BREAKFAST! So I ended up getting stuck in the drive though because someone pulled in behind me… not only did y’all waste my time once but you wasted it again. Is this a normal thing? If you can’t be open and serving breakfast then why tf do you offer it. So for anyone who wants Taco Bell breakfast in Helena Montana you’re SOL. Just not sure why they’d build another Taco Bell when they can’t even staff the first one, let alone be open when they are supposed to. This is getting SO ridiculous. And I will be calling corporate to let them know that the staff I guess decide the times they are open...

I honestly am not sure why they opened a 2 one, if the employees are going to be rude and childish. Not only towards customers, but directed towards dashers too. As a dasher myself, I’ve waited hours there before for a customers order while they wrestle outside. Or sit in the bathroom while others are looking for them. Just for another kid to tell us that they cancelled all DoorDash orders. I’ve quit accepting orders if it shows Taco Bell honestly. As a customer, the workers would look at us in the driveway and ask “do you have a problem”. There’s no respect anymore, wait time sucks and they should honestly be closed down or reported. To add to it, wait time sucks. Customer service is awful. Food is as if they never taught you to cook. Bad to say, but honestly this next generation of workers sucks. Either weren’t raised right. Or they simply just don’t care. Waste of time waste of money. Also does a company that serves breakfast, have NO coffee products whatsoever...
