Taco John's — Restaurant in Helena

I took my kids to Taco John's in Helena on Father's Day and I can't believe what I walked in too the lady taking my order was snobby in the back where they make the food there was another lady sitting on the counter the man that went to make our food was just touching face did not wash his hands so I asked that he did not make our food and she just rolled her eyes at me when we got our food it was cold looked old there was hair in it when I brought it to the employees attention they laughed and we're very rude I got refund but however knowing the restaurant business this is about worst place I have ever seen inappropriate behavior unsanitary unprofessional just dumbfounded how they let this restraunt get this bad considering on calling the health department something needs to change or Taco John's just needs to be shut down and let another restaurant take that place that knows how to take care of it the employees seem like they came from the streets that dont have nowhere to...

I don’t usually write reviews and I’m hoping it’s just because they are low staffed and no one knows what to do. BUT…By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. We waited for over an hour for our food. Waiting with three hungry children we watched as the line got longer and longer and people literally walking out. We thought it would be faster since the drive through was in the street it was so long. No they were just extremely slow. To top it off our order was wrong and when we told her she gave us attitude and basically in her tone didn’t believe us and we showed her. So she through stuff on and it still wasn’t right. Basically over an hour later 4 out of five of us got to eat because they got it wrong and we were not waiting another minute. They were not going to Fix it either. I came in here to get myself food to go. Only one other customer waiting for their food. I stood in front of the counter for at least 10 minutes before I asked if anybody was working the counter. Meanwhile, I noticed appx 7-8 employees in the kitchen with appx 3-4 of them just standing and not doing anything but spacing out. Most employees and long hair, no hair net. One guy has a beard that looked like a spiders nest. No beard net. I'm sure the health dept would love walking into this place. I ordered a super burrito and a taco bravo. 2 churros.

The churros were good, the burrito turned out to be a bean burrito and the taco was, well, a mess.

I guess they think that if you order to go, they can give you whatever they want.
