Ordered online at 5pm for food to be ready at 5:45 arrived and food was not ready. At 6:11 pm asked about how much longer and she said she did not have an order for me. I explained well I have a receipt and order number. After going back and forth was told oh I found it the printer was out of paper. We will put your order in front of everyone else so Just give us another 30 minutes to have it ready. This is unacceptable! A group of people outside door not allowed to enter by worker at door fanning himself with a drink holder. If they are that busy why are there employees standing around not working? not helping prepare food or assisting with getting orders ready quicker or making sure printer has paper for online orders? Wonder how many other people are waiting for an online order that the workers haven’t even checked on? The fries were too soggy and too spicy to eat. Read moreI can’t say enough amazing things about the Wingstop here in Helena, Alabama! Every time we walk in, it feels like visiting family. They don’t just serve food — they serve kindness, warmth, and genuine care.
What means the most to me is how they treat my child. Before she can even tell them our order, they already know it — and the way they go out of their way to make her feel special, like a princess, melts my heart. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare these days, and it’s the reason we’ll always keep coming back.
Of course, the food is absolutely awesome (those wings are unbeatable!), but it’s the people inside that make this place truly special. Thank you, Wingstop Helena, for being such an important and positive part of our community — and for always treating us like more alike than different!

They even lie to you and tell you they’re gonna refund you and you never get it don’t bother messing around with the incompetent people inside of the store ask for the general Manager’s number because she’s the only one understand she is at a job.
