Over the past 6 years, I've been here many times. Always placing a to go order exclusive and leaving a tip for it. I placed an order the same today way today with all hopes of getting the same level of service in the past. Walked in to pick up and was overlooked until another customer of a different ethnicity came in. Despite saying I was there to pick up, the employee/owner looked at me and continued to help the customer that came in after me. Even when the customer told her I was there first. If this is how little my patronage means, I am fine never returning. Hard to not see this as racially motivated considering no other employee has ever overlooked me with such...

I’m a bit disappointed today, being routine customers, I invited my parents up for a visit. My order was wrong and while they did say they could re make the meal, everyone else was already ready to eat, and I don’t like wasting food. Then I ordered a meal for my spouse who couldn’t attend to find out it was wrong, and didn’t include the egg rolls. So we paid for things we didn’t receive and orders were incorrect. The place was clean and the waiter was young, but friendly. It just is disappointing that the place I pumped up to my parents didn’t turn out the way I described. Didn’t feel like going out tonight, so we ordered Chinese takeout. Super nice staff and quick service.

We ordered General So’s chicken, sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and egg rolls.

Very large portions. Enough to share it for two meals.

Chicken was large chucks of white meat. Had to cut up to be able to eat. General So sauce was “warm” but not hot and spicy.

Fried rice was so-so, very little veggies and egg mixed in. Egg rolls were hot and crispy.

All in all, typical fast-food Chinese take out. Nothing to right home about, but did the job to scratch my...
