Most of the reviews left here are harsh and unfounded. The store has its problems but I'm disgusted by what some of the reviews are saying, and I'm particularly looking at Gary's. The staff has its problems but from what I understand the store has no manager and the owner had a family emergency. I've been going here a long time and I can say that there's been new staff working recently and things are really turning around. The store itself is very nice, a bank turned into a dunkin, the coffee is better than anyone else's around here (it's dunkin, their coffee is always good), and the donut selection is great. The latte machine seems to be down a lot but I'm chalking that up to the employees not taking care of it as a previous reviewer mentioned.
Go to Mcdonalds and they never get your order right, I have no idea why people give especially harsh flak to dunkin when more times than not, my orders are always right. If you're going through the drive thru and order 4 sandwiches, a bunch of coffees, donuts, and other drinks and then complain your order is messed up, well newsflash, drive thru is not for you to order dinner but to get a coffee and a bagel...
Read moreOnce in awhile I see something great on the Dunkin app. Today it was the caramel chocoholic donut. They were out of it, when I ordered two. Worker in the drive thru was rude about it too. Then they told me there are no specialty donuts to substitute and I would have to get three regular donuts. She went through the list so fast that I could barely think of which three to get. Mind you, I ordered on the app ahead of time, and it would have been nice to tell me at the drive thru speaker that they didn’t have the donuts I wanted. Instead they wait until I get to the window, didn’t even say my correct items for my order “coffee black”, and I replied no. Then proceeded to say what my actual order was. That’s when she rudely gave me the bad news that they didn’t have the donut. Oh and they’re never going to have them. I said well that sucks, because that’s the only reason why I ordered. Dunkin sucks. I’ll just go to Starbucks from now on because at least their app reflects what they have and don’t have...

This is still the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. There is no organization. The kids are all doing random things. Not efficient. Needs to be re-evaluated. Kitchen/work space too small for amount of business they do. Management needs to train at Fogelsville location to see how it should be done.
This place is NEVER actually open on time. The website, Dunkin’ app and google all say that the Hellertown location opens at 5am. I got there on Sunday at 5:30am and was told they do not open until 6am. Nothing posted on windows that hours changed. Not to mention that they never have enough inventory. Also the drive thru in the morning doesn’t run smoothly. Cars are normally waiting on 412 to even turn into the alleyway to get into the parking lot. I’m surprised there hasn’t been too many accidents because of it. I’m giving them 2 stars. Only because someone came to the window this morning to tell me about the...
