Nick and Noah's — Restaurant in Hellertown

Morning. I have never eaten here prior, stopped in this AM and have mixed reviews. My egg sandwich on English muffin was fresh, fluffy and cheese was melted inside, oozing out- delicious- one of the better I have had recently. Utensils and such are clean. Service is attentive. Where it got less than 5 star was counter had crumbs on it where I sat and coffee was burned. Bummer. For a place that offers breakfast, fresh coffee is a must. They have half and half now, and several sweeteners ( also good). Freshly baked goods were a surprise- should promote that more because the kiffles are amazing. I saw them making two other orders- pancakes looked fluffy, meats cooked with grill cleaned in between, and yes, they are breakfast potatoes, not hashbrowns. One last suggestion: please make sure cooking towels are clean - unappealing to see dirty towels being used next to grill. I will try again for...

Decided with new owners to go check it out. Don’t advise getting an omelette from the new ownership at all. Felt they were skimping a bit in total on toppings inside said omelette. Also cheese was put on towards the very end on the outside, wasn’t even really melted with it.

Speaking of the inside of the omelette, they need to work on chopping the vegetables to a finer consistency IMO as these were some of the thickest pieces I have come to see anywhere I’ve been. The Hashbrowns were breakfast potatoes, should be listed as such as there is a difference between the two. To anyone who likes breakfast potatoes do know these were fairly heavily seasoned it felt like, so some might find it a tad too strong.

Still had the same Hana and Nana atmosphere due to customers, but overall it has lost a bit and I hope given time they can change...
