Always refreshing to gobble up. My issue w/ The Hellertown location is that they only allow two (2) flavors in a LARGE size. Every other location allows three (3).
Variety is the spice of life...... I personally don't understand the rationale. A LARGE is a LARGE no matter how many flavors are in it. This policy will prevent me from purchasing Quarts from this location. What does that mean? A LOSS of REVENUE!!
Let's talk service... The young kids who work there are always professional, courteous and pleasant. One will always leave w/ a smile. By the way. Don't forget to "TIP" The Workers!!! I revisited Rita's (Hellertown) last night. The Kids told me The Owner pulled all of them into the office and spoke w/ them about my review.
He reaffirmed the policy that One can get three (3) flavors in a LARGE, if so desired. In addition, The Owner reached out to me directly. He thanked me for the review. Then stated it was a misunderstanding and "POSITIVE" training would take place. On top of that, there was an offer of a FREE LARGE w/ three (3) flavors.
WOW!!! I'm impressed w/ this Business Owner's quick actions!!!
So, I'm changing my review to a "Five (5) Star"!!!!! This is place is a "YUM... YUM.... YUM..... Recommendation"

So far so great . It all started the other night with my list of demands. Lol jk .. just wanted to see if they had what we wanted and they had all 3. Watermelon is my favorite ice. My man loved mint chocolate chip. And my brother like sweedishfish . When I called she was so kind to tell me they would have it the next day and they always have mint cc!! I'm not sure you will ever know how happy I was when you said it all. I did request for a pb&j. They said they havnt has that one yet. The one girl and I had a funny conversation about the coffee drinks . I mention they had them like 10 years ago and she said ohh I thought theybwere a brand new thing. I was like Jez I'm old. Needed 17 gift cards quickly and the owners of Hellertown Rita's were so gracious taking my phone order, emailing the receipt, texting completed and having them ready quickly on a busy day. As we spoke on the phone, they mentioned how excited they were to be the owners of a Rita's.
