Never have I ever been some where and turned away. I have always gotten my lattes from Starbucks. I thought maybe I could change my routine for dunkin but this is the 3rd time w a bad experience. Their Donuts are always dry and this time around I am waiting 10mins at the drive thru. I confronted the girl at the speaker, telling her yes I'm ready, I'm the only one here all the cars are gone. I was a bit upset because it was a long wait. Never did she apologize for waiting she just started arguing. I told her ma' am fine it's in the past. She proceeded w the coffee order and I asked if it did come w expresso. She said no, I told her last time I ordered the guy said it came w it when I tried ordering it separately. She said that's the latte. I was going to tell her but I always order the mocha latte but I didn't want to argue because I could see where this was going. So I ordered the latte and said I'm just confirming this comes w expresso correct, she laughed sarcastically and said ma'am you asked if it came w expresso I told you....and I said ok but I didn't ask all that I just asked confirming this does come w expresso, yes or no. She said you can leave. I said excuse me, she said you can leave. I said for confirming my order and not wanting to argue w you so you get mad not having it your way and tell me to leave. And she said byyyyye. Really rude and sarcastic childish voice. I asked for management n she said she was management. Now I'm nor sure who they're hiring for managing a store. I know there's desperate hiring out there for employment but this is the worst store ever!! I'm an HR Director / Accounting and this is not how you behave. Definitely needs training or a reality check! Dont worry dear you will get yours, it always comes backđgrow up and hopefully you learn how to be a real manager not just feel o er powering because of a title you need way more knowledge! Got my...
Read moreliterally never make reviews lol but after this I felt the need to. Okay so, I'm here visiting a relative of mine working just stopping by after my overnight shift. The person I'm coming to see is obviously busy so I wait patiently at the registers yes, I know my mistake knowing any employee could come over to try and help me, but its not busy at all and there is no line in the lobby so I tell the person who came up to me that I would be waiting for said person and I point at the person I'm waiting for to take my order. I may have worded it weirdly because again I just got off a overnight shift I am really tired so if it was how I said it weird I am sorry thats on me, but I never had a bad tone I just said "oh no thank u ill be waiting for them" ok whatever, after I say that this person proceeds to give me a nasty look and walks away. Later did I find out that was the general manager. I get maybe I was annoying but that was still weird and unacceptable especially if you are a manager. Second thing is, I had ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich, get home. eat a few bites and then I feel something a little hard that I cant bite. Its paper. PAPER. in my food. Im sorry what? lol, Im not even sure if the whole time I had been eating paper but the way it was shaped on the cheese it looks like the whole entire time. Only reason I noticed it was because a tiny piece of paper was folded so it was significantly thicker than the rest of it alone. Come on, you guys were not that busy to have messed up and somehow got paper in my sandwich??? Another instance days prior they had forgotten my food and I didn't notice til I got home which at first I said no big deal because we all make mistakes but after these other experiences ill just go ahead and add that in....
Read moreThis past week I have driven through the drive thru, 3 times, only to be told they don't have my favorite donuts or they just give me whatever donuts they pick, or what the Manager who took my order picked. The Manager at the Helotes Store appears to not understand that the donut choice should be the customers. This morning I woke up early to order my favorite donuts just to be told by the manager they were sold out, and he said he had donuts with sprinkles. I said, No Thank You and drove on, but because the drive thru is narrow I had to wait for the woman at the window, who was visibly upset about her order being wrong, evidently the Manager put in his favorite donuts in her order, sprinkled donuts. After she left the employee,Dylan, told me they did have the donuts I wanted and if I parked he would bring them out to me. Dylan was respectful, responsible and Gave GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, he should get a raise and make him Manager! I have worked in Fast Food in the past and I understand the stress of beating the WAIT TIME CLOCK but I have never seen a manager forgo customer service for the sake of profit. I have to say that as much as I love my Dunkin Donuts, I think I will go to...
