This location is HORRIBLE!!! Save your time and money and drive to a different location. This location is ran by teenagers. And very unprofessional, hired on the spot and obviously not properly trained teenagers! I had a complaint and asked to speak to a manager and she refused to come to the window stating “she was a minor and doesn’t speak to guests”. I am disgusted by the way they act at night!!! If I could give less than one star I most definitely would. I pulled up to the window and could barely hear them over the inappropriate music they were playing and they were too busy talking and horsing around to provide decent customer service. They need a mature older employee as a manager at night to get this location together. It is horrible. I understand no one wants to work right now, but if them hiring teenagers, that are not able to be professional, was their only option…then they should close down until they can hire or train them better! I was even told by the employee that they don’t care about me calling corporate and that nothing would happen. So let’s see what happens when I do…just please don’t waste your time...
Read moreI’m honestly so done with this place they can’t seem to get an order correct. Ordered breakfast sandwich add bacon and cheese got home…no bacon or cheese. I just wanted a nice breakfast while feeling under the weather. Now I’m a reasonable person that also works in customer service. But for this to happen over and over again is simply ridiculous. Not to mention the insane price they charge for cheese and bacon all for it to be “forgotten”. Oh and try calling to say hey umm y’all missed the bacon and cheese. They’ve decided on not accepting calls “at this time”. Messed up orders is truly only the beginning as well. The drive through lanes that are almost never “fair” and you end up waiting while everyone else in the other lane goes ahead. The manager confirmed known problem with the coupon/codes “already redeemed” and offer no solution. I called again and she answered the call. I asked why she hanged up and she said she thought i was a prank call? I asked if she knew what I was referring to...she said no. So I asked why she would say no if she didn't know what I was talking about? I asked for her name and she refused. I asked for a manager and she said she was a manager but refused to identify herself rudely. She seemed clueless on my inquiry so I described in detail before driving the distance to this location. I asked if there was someone she could ask whether or not they honor the mc survey code. She said her GM was there but he's not available as he conveniently started his break.
