Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hempfield Township

This Dunkin has really improved over the past few months. A few months ago, this Dunkin needed help. The staff was unfriendly, my order was always wrong, and the wait times were really long. Ever since the new makeover, the staff is friendlier, my order is never wrong, and the wait times are very short. They made huge improvements and I look forward from ordering from there. I recommend downloading the Dunkin app to make your experience faster, and to collect those Dunkin reward points. The only downside to this Dunkin is the location. It has a very small parking lot, and it is difficult to get in at times. Other than that, consider making this a stop while you’re traveling down Route 30. For a quick breakfast, I recommend their iced macchiato with an added caramel swirl and a bagel with strawberry cream cheese spread. It is fulfilling and will get you through the day. The worse service I've ever known, always has trainees to the detrement of the paying customer, I've been coming here for 2 years, probably had 2 good experiences in all that time, today the ONLY good thing was I don't have coffee grounds in the cup..... Yet. Today the coffee came out cold, it was supposed to be a hot coffee. Eventually after 5 people ignored me as I stood waiting to catch someone's eye they replaced it. Followed it with 2 sour dough breakfast sandwiches, well today was the worst I've ever been served, they weren't even the slightest but toasted, just limp bread in a paper bag. Last week they even served me with a practically uncooked jelly doughnut, it was whiter than me! I nearly threw up as it was just a lump of dough. I complained and was met with a shoulder shrug. We had a horrible experience, my husband and I arrived when there was no one there and we placed our order looking at the donuts that were available, we sat for 15 minutes and more people arrived (at this point they hadn’t prepared any of our order) but we saw that those people were leaving before us, after another 20 minutes the girl gave us the 2 coffees without our donuts (it was half a dozen) and we told her that we ordered donuts 30 minutes ago and she told us that they didn’t have those available (we arrived first and the order had all the donuts available but obviously they didn’t have them anymore because they served everyone before us) If you don’t want to waste time and money better go to another location, none of the girls were working since the store is dirty, they don’t clean a single table even if there are...
