Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Hempfield Township

I am only giving this a 1 star because I have to give it at least one star to write a review, I just picked up an order I placed online, I got 2 half hoagies an order of Fries and a medium pizza half cheese half pepperoni, I get there to pick up my order (half hour after I put the order in) I get there to pick it up and they haven't even started my order yet.... Okay at this point, I get it there is 3 people working on a Saturday night... One person making orders one at the register and the other bagging orders and getting them out (and the delivery driver who was there for a minute to grab an order) so I'm being patient waiting for another 20-25 mins for my order to be prepared and ready. They hand me my order and there was no pizza so when the boy handed me the bag and said have a nice night I said ummm sorry I'm still waiting on my pizza. He tells me I didn't order a pizza. The man cooking starts telling me he's not making me the pizza. (I just stood here for 20 mins listening to him yelling at the other 2 boys about being sick of remaking orders), him being rude i asked who the manager was he says he is the manager!!!! Okay so my over all experience is based off the customer service or lack of at this place. As a person who works customer service and has been a general manager this "manager" did not handle my customer complaint and situation accordingly, definitely not professionally. This was my first and last experience at this place!!!!! Oh I did get my pizza but I got a small not a medium as I had ordered. Eight children in Jeannette has experienced food poisoning by the doctor from the food that came from Fox's Pizza and then when we confronted Fox's Pizza they made it seem like we was in the wrong got rude and ignorant with us as straight disregard the issue then we set out for two other people to order the food and they delivered the food that was not done to the address we have everything on file and written down our neighborhood is getting in with this because now they have allowed seven other families to order food that was not right and we did try to speak to these people on a very professional basis and they took it way out of content and in order for me to submit this I had to give them one star when I really wouldn't give them no stars they're not...

I order from foxes a few times a week. And unfortunately this time I had a problem with my order and I called to speak with the manager and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Also make sure that when you order that you know because you're a mind-reader that everything they do is a courtesy. For example if you ask for extra toppings they're doing it as a courtesy and you are supposed to know that. any other place I have dealt with they always charge you extra for toppings which is what I thought was going to happen but it did not and I did not get the extra toppings and I was told that they do it as a courtesy and like I said we are just supposed to know that.
