Lisa's Subs & More — Restaurant in Hempfield Township

I love the atmosphere and the owner here, but each time I go there, the food is just going downhill... The very first Ranchero sub I had there was absolutely amazing... However, since then the food has not been consistent and is different every time I get it... I always order the Ranchero, so I know it's not consist... Tonight is the worst one I have had... I usually get it to go and disassembled so I can put it together at home and crisp up the bacon under the broiler... Tonight, the bacon was already cooked to a hard crisp and the chicken was really dry so I couldn't put it under the broiler as I usually do... They also forgot to send the ranch dressing that normally...

Did pick order online. Ordered the veggie sub and received white bread with only cheese. That's all. There were no toppings to pick from on the website. I assumed they would come with it. I called when i got home after i noticed the issue, and they said it was weird why we didn't pick any veggies. So I would have thought they would have contacted me to make sure that's was correct or at least confirmed that when we picked up. Yes, we live 20 minutes away, so returning...

Stop tonight and had an Italian sub to go. Not impressed at all with first off having to pay extra money for vegetables for the sub that is not stated anywhere on the newly printed menus that they have or nor did the person taking your to me. The quality of how the sub was built and what we got doesn't meet the expectations and the pricing that we thought we should be getting compared to other sub shops that are in the area. We may try it again but it's not looking very...
