Dont buy here. Bought a hand built custom table and it was cracked and too high. Took 5 months to replace. Their driver hit out new car when they brought out the replacement table and after making them pay for the damages they refused to repair the replacement table. One of the legs was crooked and the table was the same hight as the one they replaced. They said that they for got to order the new one shorter. The table was supposed to be shorter because we ordered the table without cusions for the chair. This was a special order rustic table that took 3 months to build. After we repaired the car we called and ask when they could repair the table they said they would not repair it since we made them pay to repair the new car and did not want our business anymore. We had bought 2 couches and several peices of furniture before from them. If you have a problem with their products they should fix it but they say its not their problem. I have been shopping at James Newcomb Furniture for years. I have never found anything I have purchased anywhere else at a lower price. I have never been unsatisfied with a purchase. They have so many unique items with exceptional service. Quick if not same day service and the delivery guys are awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I love this furniture store and every piece of furniture I have purchased over the years, I still have. I will never shop anywhere else!!!! Each time I shop there I find a piece of furniture that was made just for me. The quality of the items are impecable! I had the best experience today getting two new sofas. I worked with Brian who is so personable and really understands what you are looking for and how to help you. He helped us find the exact perfect thing for our family and I will be a returning customer again really soon when I need some mattresses and an additional set of sofas. I live in Brenham and found this store to have the best selection in sofas in the area. I plan to tell everyone to go see Brian when they are in the market for furniture.
