Poor customer service the cashier had no knowledge of pricing or how to take an order. Finally place my order and when I got back to my workplace with my order it was not completed not what I asked for. I was charged three extra dollars on each tostada for veggies and pico de gallo . I ordered a total of three. the first one had lettuce in it and one slice of tomato nopico de gallo. The second one had lettuce in it only. No tomatoes no onions and no pico de gallo. And the third one the third one had no letters. No tomatoes. No onions. No pico de gallo but here's a good one it had no chicken in it. That is correct they gave me a tostada with guacamole and sour cream only. When I called to let them know the cashier said she didn't speak English and got the cook on the phone even though I was speaking to them in Spanish. They told me that I can come get what I have missing but there will be an extra charge. I explained to them I'm at work I can't just leave. And I explained to him that I had already paid the $3 additional dollar. Read moreWorst customer service experience I have ever had. 5-11-22 ordered a burrito from Raquel I was real specific how I wanted it. pastor, beans, rice and cheese nothing else. When I got home I ate some of the rice and I went to go bite the burrito it had all kinds of extra stuff. Lettuce tomato etc… we thought it would be simple. my wife went back to get the order redone and Raquel said she wouldn’t do it because she wrote it down and she put with everything on it. I called the store and explained that I was the one that called and that if she remembers I told her 4 times exactly how I wanted the burrito. I told her it wasn’t a big deal that I just wanted my order redone or if she couldn’t do that I needed a refund. She said she would give me a refund. My wife went back to get the refund and then again Raquel told her she wouldn’t give us the refund because the burrito had a bite. My wife explained that’s how we found out the order was wrong when the first bite was taken. She said she would not give us the refund that we would have to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager…wow going back tomorrow morning to speak to the manager to see if this is really how they run...
Read moreI actually like the food there....last time was a bad experience....they over charged me on my check, when I brought it to the lady's attention, she got angry and literally threw the difference on the counter and walked off angrily....To me, it wasnt the extra money, it was the principal of the situation, if you are going to advertise a price, then thats what you should charge the customer....oh, and the charged me for a cup of ice, really? who does that? i ordered a coke, and it was hot...so i asked for a cup of ice, and the charged me for it.....smh.....i will gladly take my money...
