Yes it was very late and the drive-thru was opened but I do not drive a car currently so when I went there to have my items packaged one included a milkshake and the way the woman packed it was absolutely deplorable it fell all over the place I had to take a bus it's spilled all over the bus she did not take care to secure it properly and her and the other stuff just got all wet and sloppy her manager bill is the one who was very kind I remember him very well but she really didn't do a very good job I didn't get her name however she should be more careful in the future if you think that need to be packed and with more care it's if the people know that they knew that I was going back home on a bus I believe that was what I had let the manager Bill know at this point it's very important that they know what they're doing over there it was just a very slap slap sloppy job stop dropping job and she should have been more alert when packing everything up especially with item such as a milkshake she should have secured it as fat much as possible but as much excuse the typos but it was really poorly executed and I'm not sure what her name was but I will let Bill know in the future because when I go there I never want that to happen to me again the lobby was closed at that point and I was and I literally had to go through the drive-thru and basically bill was very helpful as helpful as he could be wonderful man wonderful manager thank you...
Read moreThis Arby's is wild. I ordered online twice. The first time I ordered they substitute my order. I was ok with it then the next day I order online again and I thought maybe they got there inventory. Nope so the guy had me come in and said we cant substitute chicken nugget bc its messing with there inventory so I have to cancel my order or reorder my food. I ordered online bc they had a coupond for my meal and I had my niece to feed. I told him we'll can you at least honer my online coupond I'll reorder and he said no. We don't have nothing to do with online. Ask for a manger lucky she had some sense and let me go with my order I had. I apologize and thank her bc i get it i work in customer service i get it. But also be willing to work with giving great customers service. I came in to feed my family and I order online bc its was quicker for me to come back home. I thank the manger for doing her job. I'll definitely never go back there again. They need to really interview who they hire. And train better on...
Read moreI was the only person in Drive thru (possibly at the restaurant) at 6:30pm... that should have told me something already. I waited just over 10 minutes for my food (chicken sandwich, fries, and a 4 piece moz stix). I understand the chicken is usually a longer cook time (5-6 minutes), so I didn't think too much of my wait time. However, when I got home with my food (I live 5 minutes away), the chicken and fries were cold. I don't mean like lukewarm, I mean cold as if they hadn't even sat under a hot lamp for any amount of time and just out in the open air for well over the regulation "toss that food out, it's too old" time. I'm not even gonna mention how wrong the order was.
At least the moz stix were warm. I guess that was the only thing cooked to order before they sat for 8 minutes waiting on the rest of my cold food to be "cooked".
I will take my business to a different Arby's next time. I guess I'm lucky enough to have that...
