Nov- 30th- 2023. 12:40pm As someone who generally avoids fast food, I decided to give Carl's Jr.'s drive-thru a try recently. While the experience didn't leave me frustrated, it did serve as a reminder of the importance of kindness and gratitude.
Upon pulling up to the order intercom, I greeted the employee with a friendly "hello." Her response was somewhat curt, simply stating, "What can I get for you?" without any warmth or friendliness. When I inquired about the advertised deals, her response was again curt and dismissive. She didn't provide any details about the deals, simply stating that the prices had changed and directing me to the menu board.
I found the menu board to be quite confusing, with a maze of options and pricing structures. I attempted to clarify the pricing further, but the employee's attitude remained dismissive and unhelpful. She snapped at me, indicating that the prices were clearly displayed on the menu board. Despite the less-than-ideal customer service experience, I left Carl's Jr. feeling thankful for my own positive mood and appreciative of the kindness that I encounter in most of my daily interactions. This incident highlighted the power of kindness and the impact it can have on others, even in the face of negativity. I urge Carl's Jr. management to encourage their employees to adopt a more welcoming and helpful approach towards customers. A simple smile, a friendly greeting, and a willingness to assist can go a long way in creating a positive dining experience, especially in the fast-paced...
Read moreWe were hungry and didn't have a lot of time so thought we'd give the place another try. We went through the drive through. The person at the window was way more professional and friendly than we had seen times before where they seemed annoyed to have a customer with the exception of one lady that had worked there before. New management/staff makes a huge difference! We went there 7 or 8 months ago and walked into a nasty slippery greasy floor. I almost fell. We figured whoever "cleaned" the floor didn't get the mix right. Went in three months later to the same thing but you could see dirty shoe prints and it had a layer of grease you could see. We had to wipe our feet before we got into the car because you could hear it on our shoes sticking to the asphalt on the way back to the car. I figured fine, next time we'll go through the drive through. We got zucchini. The bag was falling apart on the bottom because the grease soaked through to my brand new car. The food wasn't as good as other locations. The food we got yesterday was much better than before and tasted consistent with the...
Read moreIf i could give this 0 stars i would. Everytime i come here the buns are hard and stale. Fries are old with no salt. The soda machine is down all the time. Customer service is absolutely terrible. They get my order wrong 9 out of 10 times. I went through the drive through with no cars in line and placed my order with the incompetent employee not understanding a simple order. I drive up to the window and waited 12 minutes exactly with no one telling me anything or taking my payment. I finally left and said was never coming back. I decided to give them another chance. Sure enough yesterday July 23rd at 7p.m. and i had the exact same thing happen. I waited 11 minutes at the window after placing my order and finally just left. Now i know why there's never anyone in the drive through or inside. Carls Jr is my favorite burger joint, but sad to say me and my family will never be eating at Carls ever again. This is the worst location I've ever had in my entire life. Thank you for the worst experience ever. Who ever is managing this place good luck with your...
