No need to look any further, for New York style pizza WOW, I was told some guy came over and gave a rating on this pizza, he is not from New York City but from New England so for him to give a score on a NYC product he didn’t grow up eating I can honestly say wrong guy for this job.

This Amazing New York Style pizza is a actual NYC pizza no question asked.

If You are going to rate something You most Have something to compare it to therefore A pizza from Italy is an absolute 10 but an NYC is a 9.5 to be able to take That Style, Flavor and crunchynes and pack it all up and Bring it to Las Vegas, NV. 2,700 miles away and you close your eyes take a bite and the flavor takes you in a trip to your childhood like this experience I had today is most definitely A Respectable 9.2 because you will not find this anywhere else in the country.

The dining room was spectacular clean and very comfortable, table have plenty of space between them and atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly.

Service and Customer service Incredible experience, Heather was amazing very friendly and is the perfect person to be the face of any business.

I first had 2 slices and then got an 18” to go yes it was that good.

Kitchen was run by an amazing guy with hands of gold and amazing personality he was on top of everything plus you can see he takes pride in what his doing Hignacio I was able to see the Love you have in what you do.

Drinks 🍺 🍺 are available Beer and Wine are available, I was driving to Phoenix so didn’t have any but next time will be a must.

I feel bad for the owner of this place, really! He seems like a good person. The staff is super rude and very argumentative. This girl wow is all I can say while keeping this thread professional. I explained how I wanted my food prepared , totally disregarded my request. When I brought it to the girl’s attention she got defensive and argumentative which is unacceptable especially in the manner she behaved. I brought my concern to the owner’s attention, he was willing to make it right but at that point with the entire experience baffling, was to late for me! I simply asked for a eggplant parmigiana which was a complete disaster! The only thing that was edible from my dinner which consisted of eggplant parmigiana garlic knots and fries, were the fries. This is a true example of how your staff can run your business into the ground. The quality of the food was definitely not up to par. I asked for the bread to be toasted with the garlic and butter instead they simply opened the sub and slapped the spread on top of the sauce. Picture speaks volumes, and this was disgusting. Ordered a large pizza with half Pepperoni & half sausage. Enjoyed a salad while our pizza was prepared. The salad was very good - generous amounts of fresh lettuce and a very nice house dressing. Also had an order of Garlic knots. For us, the salad & ‘knots’ would have almost been a meal, given the portion size. The pizza arrived at our table - hot and right out of the oven. The sausage was spicey, the pepperoni was good. Toppings were generous. We took several slices home and enjoyed them later.

While we waited, we had four televisions with four different programs to watch. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and a good conversationalist.

Carmine’s is a family owned business and it’s reflected in the easy banter we saw staff having with customers and the caring attitude of the wait staff. This evening we stopped in to the West Horizon Ridge Parkway location....
