Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Henderson

It is so disappointing to not be able to rate this negative stars.

First order from here 3 weeks ago and it took two hours to get my food, once it arrived- i was given a coupon for the bread that I ordered. Because they didn’t have any he said, and they substituted my drink without even calling to ask if I liked or wanted what whoever picked. So I called and asked what happened and they put a free pizza on my account. I understand stuff happens, I really do understand how busy and frustrating it can be. So fast forward a week and I ordered again, my free pizza and a 2 pizza, bread, desert, drink meal deal. I get it, 2 hrs and 9 minutes after ‘Malcolm’ began checking my order for its quality. All three pizzas had been sitting for so long that that were brittle and had no flavor because the sauce had been cooked to dry on all 3 pizzas. I called again and asked again, what happened. That if it had been edible I wouldn’t complain but my kids friends were over. And I had to start cooking something else because they just wouldn’t eat the pizza. The lady manager said she would comp the next pizzas. Fast forward to today, when I was too tired to think about cooking and my husband suggested we try our luck just one more time. we do a carry out order this time thinking it would help if we just picked it up. Ordered the three make up pizzas. They said 11 minutes. At 19 minutes I pulled up and called to say I was there. He says okay it’s not ready it will be 30/40 minutes. I was so upset. I waited anyway. Then he comes out with the wrong order and disappears back inside. Comes back out to cars around me, and goes back inside. Finally I asked the man beside me and he says he ordered his pizza less than 20 minutes ago. Finally I stopped a delivery man and asked him what the heck it had been an hour I was there. He goes in and another kid comes out two times and then a third to me to say he doesn’t know what had happened to my order but what did I have he’d start it when he could. It is the worst food experience I have ever had. One time here and there to mess up is expected but this was three strikes and each time the strike was way worse....

If I could give zero stars on service I would. I ordered online through the app and while I was ordering it kept saying it would take 15 minutes for my order. When I place my order it had changed to 19 to 28 minutes which is fine it's Saturday night I understand. I had it marked where my order would be brought to the car so after 30 minutes of waiting, I went inside. (Also the tracker on my app suddenly kept saying order not found when it was time for my order to be up.) So I go inside to the counter where I was (rudely) told it would be another 20 minutes and I said I had already ordered online and I'd already been waited outside for almost 35 minutes , To which she replied, well there's a whole list on the screen over there of orders and we have one oven... I've worked in restaurants all my life I understand things happen and problems come up but it's how you handle them and how the customer feels is what matters in the end and all I know is I sit there for an hour waiting for a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza and the girl waiting on me could care less if I stood there another hour. Definitely won't be back there for a while, if ever... that was ridiculous.. oh yeah and not even an I'm sorry you had to wait or thanks for being patient nothing, just have a good...

order on line,,waited for the m to say its ready.. went there girl had me to sign my bill,and she said he it is,, well I as were my extra dip is,she said o let me look,, so I ask for a sack,,she say it would be to big, ok so I was going to put them in the box of boneless chicken,,and there was none,,,so I ask where they was ,so she went and looked ,and got her boss.and he said a driver took part of order,,so they called his number,,he did not ancer the phone,,now the girl look at the order,and said it was there witch it was not,,and the boss said he would start a nother order,and he would give me the other order to for mess up,,the deiver called and he said he did not have it,,so now I been waiting 15 mins,,and I sat,, they cooked some more and gave me 2 more dips,,witchi did not need,,,, so I am saying they do not look at the order,when they gave it to me,,but did take my money,and said here,, I use to order every week , but they keep messing up the order,so I quit buying for over 3 month,and I deiced to give it another try,,well you guy fail,, THIS IS MY LAST TIME FOR YOU GUYS.. ...
