Terrible customer service and the staff were very rude. We waited about 15 minutes after being seated before being acknowledged. The hostess, I repeat the hostess, came over, and asked if anyone had even come to our table yet. We said no not yet, finally about 10 minutes later, a guy came over and briefly said “sorry, there was confusion.” Not to mention there were two groups of people that came in after us, and were seated near us and they had servers tend to them before us. At this point we ordered our food, the server said I will bring you guys a bunch of ranch because we all ordered ranch. I figured they would comp us some extra ranch at this point but I already knew things were going bad. The food comes out from two people different from our server with no ranch. We asked the girl who brought out our food if we could get ranch and she brought only a couple, not the extra ranch we were promised by our server. It was very frustrating that our server promised us extra ranch, then never gave it to us, and didn’t even tell the people who brought out our food to bring us ranch in the first place. He came by and said, “oh do you guys need ranch, oh wait never mind you guys got it.” No extra ranch at all but what was more annoying is that we ordered ranch he put it in the system, but the people making the food didn’t even bring it out, we had to ask for it when it was ordered in the first place. There was almost no effort put into the food or service. There was never an apology issued by the manager, and we were not comped at all for the long wait despite the hostess acknowledging us never even being served the first 15 minutes we were there. Overall terrible terrible service and restaurant. I would not recommend this at all to anyone. Come here if you want to be ignored, not cared for, and given a sarcastic attitude by the server when they know they messed up but refuse to acknowledge their bad service. I can’t stress enough how bad the customer service was. And lastly, the actual ranch had a very rancid taste it. I felt gross after eating here. We recently went to Eureka on Saint Rose for dinner, with a reservation we were seated at a high top across from the bar which was fine. We waited about 10 minutes before a server came over, he seemed frazzled, we gave our drink orders and said we were ready to order, once again seeming distracted our server said he was going to get our drinks before we ordered. After about another 10 minutes he walked past us and we stopped him and said we were waiting for our drinks, he sped off and said “I’m sorry I will be right back”, we knew we were in trouble. Our drinks did show up, they were diet sodas so not too hard. We did manage to order, 2 burgers and pastrami quesadillas. After close to 15 minutes our waiter ran by us and said “ your food should be coming, you had 2 burgers right?”, now there were 3 of us so asking if we had the 2 burgers was odd but anyway we said we had the additional item which he then said “ oh right”. The food came about 5 minutes later, the fries were cold and one of the burgers was well done when ordered medium, the pastrami quesadilla was a greasy mess and was missing the sauerkraut which should have been on it. I know it is a new establishment and there are growing pains with any spot but looking around I saw many of the patrons having similiar waiting issues and a lot of folks looked unhappy, it was over 2 hours from start to finish which is way too long for food that came out in the manner it did. We wanted to really like this spot as a good alternative to some other similiar spots we frequent but sadly I don’t see us going back anytime soon. Truthfully, it might have helped if a manager had come over and made an effort to apologize to us or offer a dessert, something to express...

Five star deliciousness !!! We have always loved Eureka! restaurant, and we have been to several other Eureka! locations and always had a great experience. This location definitely didn’t disappoint either. We had a wonderful experience.

Upon arriving, we were greeted immediately with a smile and very welcoming service from the staff. The entire restaurant has an open concept with a beautiful decor , very comfortable and warm welcoming atmosphere . The restaurant has a huge patio space with a small fountain adding a nice touch to the mood.

The food was very tasty and we enjoyed it a lot! As an appetizer we ordered the wings which was so flavorful and juicy! We have also ordered: the double smash burger and it was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. My wife had the Fresno fig burger and she said the same thing as well as the figs had just enough sweet which complimented well with the melted goat cheese. We truly loved everything that we ate and it was such an enjoyable experience.

Our server was very attentive and friendly, and even the general manager came by our table to check on us which was a very nice touch!

Overall: Good vibes! Amazing food ! Fast and friendly service ! They check all the boxes. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend Eureka for your next meal. You...
