Booking here was a terrible experience, and as a diamond member and also a Hilton Grand Vacations owner (Las Vegas), I was extremely disappointed behind the treatment I received.
I booked 2 reservations for employees our company needed to fly out to assist at one of our company locations. 3 days before the reservations, I called and asked for a credit card authorization form as I have done at many locations in the past. They were great and sent them right away. I sent these back on a Sunday night prior to the Monday reservation. On the morning of the reservation, I called and spoke to Trish at the front desk, who was polite, but stated that she needed to obtain approval from her GM who would be in at 11am (It was 9am when I called). Around 12:45 p.m., I called to get an update, just wanting to ensure that when my team members arrived, there would be no issues. Trish answered again, apologized, but expressed that her GM denied my credit authorization. Mind you, not only did I fill out their form, sent my driver's license, sent a front and back copy of the card, but I have booked with my company card over 30 times last year, and 3 times already this year. I travel for work often. I asked why, and was told that the GM was uncomfortable with my form of payment (Divvy Business Visa charge card). I was confused when they stated that normal cards have the company name, which I expressed that mine did, and it was right under my name. After waiting on hold for Bridget Freeman, their GM, Trish hot back on the line yo yell ne that she spoke with the GM and she still denies uour credit authorization. I was so frustrated and in disbelief. It is disappointing that your loyalty to Hilton, Loyalty status, HGV ownership and the fact that you have used the same card time and time again, is not considered and the GM has no courtesy to even get on the phone.
I contacted the Diamond Desk customer service, where I was greeted by a wonderful rep who listened to me and was a bit confused about the situation. She made an attempt to call and spoke directly with Bridget Freeman, who refused to override her original denial, even after the rep explained my loyalty status and the card having no issues with prior transactions. The nice rep ended up booking my team members somewhere else that she checked on, but this has truly left a bad taste in my mouth.
I understand that this was Las Vegas, but maybe adding an additional level of better customer service. All Bridget had to do was look the account up. She did not, and she NEVER has to worry about myself or our company doing business at this location...
Read moreI arrived on Sunday, December 10 had a room with two queen beds open the door and the smell of aftershave men's cologne reeked in the room I opened the window hoping that when I left to go for dinner that it would air it out it didn't Went to the front desk told him about the room 314 requested another room because of the smell was so strong bothered our eyes and throat they gave us room 322 checked out the room to make sure it was OK before we switched everything went to use the phone to let the front desk know that we were going to take the 322 room and the phone didn't work couldn't Call the front desk luckily on their end they knew I was trying to get a hold of them so they called on my cell phone proceeded to tell him that we would take room 322 and asked for the gentleman at the front desk who had a mask on to come up and check out room 314 now he had a mask on and he could not stand the smell that was in the room Went to use the bathroom sink It wouldn't drain The next morning on our way out we went to the front desk and told them about the sink and also the phone they said The maintenance person would take care of it We ate the Standard hotel breakfast not really fond of it When we came back to the room after several hours the sink still didn't work and I believe they replaced the phone Ask them again if they would fix the sink they said we'll have the person do it in the morning Still didn't work never got fixed Our third and fourth night we had people above us on the fourth floor that stomped all night long Couldn't get any rest Needless to say I spent almost $900 for the four nights and it was the worst nights we've ever spent there this is like the third time we have stayed at the Hampton Inn to say we probably won't stay there next year we come down every December and it was a very unpleasant stay Or last night we were coming in and a gentleman was complaining to the front desk about room 314 then he cannot be in the room because of the strong smell Again an issue was not taken care of they need to clean that room shampoo the carpet whatever it takes it's going to take a long time to air that room out The morning that we left I turned my keys in to get my receipt two guys were standing and leaning behind the counter neither one asked us how our stat was or thank you for staying with us hope you enjoyed your stay not a word Most unpleasant inconsiderate people working...
Read moreI will definitely never ever recommend anyone to stay at any of these hotels .I and my Husband flew from Tennessee to Ontario Cali and then drove to Henderson Nevada on Aug 18,2025 it was our 14th year Anniversary. We arrived 11something pm late that night to the hotel and so we went in pulled clothes off and l took my Micheal kors Oversized diamond WATCH off and layed it on the table that had the night light and Coffee pot on it.On Aug 19 that afternoon me and my Husband went downstairs for Cig break upon returning to our room our door was open and housekeeping was going in and out our room. I went to my purse and check it out because it was laying on the bed and my Husband check his things as well. Things seem to be fine at that moment so we rushed to get dress and left cuz my sister and husband was downstairs waiting on us. We got to our location and l told my sister l left my watch. We got back to the room late that night and we fell off to sleep and l forgot to look for my watch on the table. The next day on the 20 of Aug im getting dress to go and looked on the table and no watch. Myself and husband went to the front desk to the tell the Clerk and she said housekeeping shouldn't have been in you all room that day because you all hadn't been checked in for a whole day at that time. The clerk told us she would report it to management in the morning. THAT morning we talked to the housekeeping manager and the hotel manager and they did absolute nothing to make me feel better or accommodate me. My watch was a birthday present from my husband one year and it had a lot of sentimental values to me.l and husband called the police and he talked to that housekeeper and she deny that she took the watch. The officer basically said it was her word against ours. My Micheal kors watch was value at 500 dollars not including the upkeep package my Husband purchased with it at the time. I was really hurt but l gave it over to God.😪😭 .Please people put your valuable things away as soon as u enter your hotel room but please don't go to this hotel because management don't care about u or your things because it's not theirs.
