**Better Buzz Coffee: A Chic Yet Underwhelming Brew Experience** Better Buzz Coffee, a distinguished gem from San Diego, has established a reputation that intrigues passionate coffee aficionados and casual visitors with its promise of a modern and elevated café atmosphere. The anticipation of uncovering the allure behind this much-talked-about establishment pulled me in, and I was eager to immerse myself in what it had to offer. Upon entering the café, I was immediately captivated by its modern and chic aesthetic. The design cleverly merges sleek lines with thoughtful decor reflecting contemporary sensibility. The ambiance is inviting, embodying a harmony of craftsmanship and style, setting a perfect backdrop for a celebrated coffeehouse. Large windows offer plenty of natural light, illuminating the space, while communal tables and cozy nooks provide social and intimate settings, inviting patrons to linger longer. The highlight of my exploration was undoubtedly the intriguingly named Best Drink Ever®, a concoction that combines a classic americano with the establishment's signature creamy vanilla. As I brought the cup to my lips, the first sip revealed a pleasantly smooth drink showcasing impressive attention to flavor balance. The espresso was robust yet refined, while the vanilla added an appealing creaminess that caressed the palate without overwhelming the central coffee notes. However, despite the overall enjoyment, I reflected on the drink's name. The designation of "Best Drink Ever®" set expectations sky-high, yet the experience fell slightly short of this lofty claim. While it was a satisfying beverage, it lacked that distinctive spark—an elusive quality that could have transformed it from merely good to utterly unforgettable. I craved an element that would have made the drink linger in my memory, a unique twist or an unexpected flavor profile that could elevate it beyond its competent construction. Though my impression was one of tempered satisfaction, it is apparent that Better Buzz Coffee delivers an environment and experience that many patrons find appealing. The stylish atmosphere, polished branding, and community-focused vibe position it as an attractive destination for individuals seeking more than just a swift coffee run. It offers a space to connect with friends, delve into work, or unwind with a steaming cup. In summary, the Best Drink Ever® felt like a flattering name that didn't fully capture its essence; it was a delightful drink that, while competent, didn't create a lasting impression. Nonetheless, Better Buzz Coffee's commitment to crafting a modern and engaging café experience deserves recognition. For these reasons, I would grant this establishment a well-deserved four stars—worthy of a visit, even if it doesn't entirely redefine the coffeehouse landscape as some might hope.

We love this place! We are so happy that a Better Buzz has opened in Las Vegas. Coffee ☕️ is awesome! We have ordered a few different lattes from the menu and we can’t choose the favorite one, because they are all delicious. We recommend: Snickerdoodle Latte and Honey Latte- it’s a MUST TRY! It’s a perfect blend of flavors , not too sweet and not too bitter either. They roast their beans to perfection in a small batches and I think that is a secret recipe to get that perfect coffee! We have also tried their food : Bacon Ciabatta sandwich, Caprice sandwich , turkey pesto and almond croissant 🥐. The food was delicious, fresh and a croissant was fluffy and omg delicious. Highly recommend it!!! The shop is not that big inside and it can get quite busy with long lines and at the drive- thru as well. But surprisingly we did not wait too long and the staff were fantastic and they were quick and efficient. Overall: it’s a cute little coffee shop, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and their lattes are just pure perfection!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

First the food and drink... I got the breakfast wrap which was really good. I'd go back just for that (it's way better than any food I've had from Strabucks). The latte however was average at best and I'd say a step under Starbucks. The extraction was sour which made my tongue curl with each sip. So either they don't have the right grind size or their machines are over heating the grounds during extraction. Or maybe a little of both. If you're getting a sweetened drink you probably won't notice or care. I would not wait in line for an hour for any of this, I'm shocked there were people who did at the grand opening. Service was fast and great. (I went at 7am) Atmosphere was upbeat and very loud like a busy bar despite there only being 6 customers inside. I had to ask the girl at the register to repeat most of what she said because I couldn't hear her. Not a place I'd go to chat with someone or read. Also not a lot of places to sit inside either.

I placed my order at 6:52 a.m., and the app indicated it would be ready by 6:58 a.m. I understand that this time is an estimate and can vary depending on how busy the store is. When I arrived around 7:00 a.m., there was only one car at the drive-through window and another placing an order, so it didn’t appear to be especially busy.

I walked in and gave my name to the employee, Alex. There were a few other customers waiting, and I patiently watched as multiple orders were fulfilled—including those that appeared to have been placed after mine. Eventually, at 7:10 a.m., Alex called my name.

At that point, I asked, “Would it be better if I went through the drive-through next time? Would that be easier?” Rather than addressing my question, Alex responded harshly, asking why I was giving him attitude and telling me to “get out” after handing me my drinks. I was genuinely taken aback and clarified that I was simply asking a question, not trying to be confrontational. He then raised his voice and said, “You need to leave now,” in an aggressive tone before walking away.

Another employee tried to check in and told me that Alex was the manager. I mentioned how uncomfortable the interaction was, and while I appreciate the employee’s attempt to de-escalate, Alex returned again, stormed over, and told me, “You have your drinks—go, bye,” and once again demanded I leave the store. He then took my stickers with the drink information off my drinks.

I left feeling shocked and humiliated. This experience was extremely upsetting. If this is how management speaks to customers, I can only imagine how difficult it must be for employees working under such leadership. Nothing excuses that level of unprofessional behavior. Being busy is not a license to treat people with disrespect. I no longer feel comfortable placing orders at this location. Due to the humiliation and being...

I'm always excited to try a new coffee shop. When I saw better buzz coming I looked it up online and the pictures looked awesome. Here's my honest review. Won't be coming here very often. Over $7 for an iced Americano that costs $5 at Starbucks or even less at Dutch Bros. I'm also not a fan of Monin syrups they use for flavoring. It has a strange taste compared to torani or Starbucks own sugar-free vanilla. The only reason I went back for a second time this morning was they gave me a free drink for my birthday, which ended up being $2 off in over $7 drink so I still paid almost $6 lol. For what basically amounts to four shots of espresso a little bit of cream and some sugar-free vanilla. Also one thing I enjoy about coffee shops is the ability to meet clients or friends. There is definitely a hopping vibe going on inside with very loud music so you won't be having any meaningful business meetings here. That being said it's a cool concept, love the interior design and the branding. And all the people seem Nice enough. I don't even mind paying a premium for products I spend money on if I really enjoy them. But the price here does not justify...
