The staff beyond exceptional! I have a pulmonary incident—Hospitalizations, the following day found them. Super great people UNTIL the Ego driven Male manager came in!! The staff was even going to take my dog, & call my husband to pick him up if ambulance were called again AGAIN, all weekend struggled for breath(CA smoke from fires triggered) —I hate Hospitalizations. Too many to count! My health issues are just too bizarre to believe , I guess? No longer will Anybody shame, belittle, Not believe what I’m speaking of. So Ego male manager( I know when I offended His Ego, I had no breathe he wanted to discuss my dog, “ I know the leash, sorry) (OFFENDED)I guess he didn’t care it wasn’t safe for me to drive or go outside for longer than, potty for Pup. He indicated “No room you must leave today” What?!” Your staff knows my situation “ Only when available”—-I met several long stay PATIENTS The staff knew I was staying possible through Friday until, Dr appt & well enough for a 4-hour drive,—leave asap/when healthy enough.. I guess he needed to make More money—-& throw me out! Lock me out of room.. I’m beyond disappointed I cursed @ Him, his Virgin ears// “This is what outrage looks & sounds like! 1st amendment . Besides Him/ & the housecleaning staff. Those employees are exceptional & I’ll forever be grateful for all their compassionate, wonderful Actions to accommodate a distraught persons. Thank you staff/kitchen, truly I am very grateful! Read moreThe minute we stepped in the door and my husband greeted the front desk lady with a cheerful "hello", he was greeted not with a "welcome to marriott" but a very dry "what did you need?" It seemed so apparent that she had no desire to really want to help us and check us in... as if we were bothering her. My mother booked us the room, and she claimed that our name was not listed in the computer... so I then proceeded to ask her if she wanted to see the confirmation email that I had on my phone. She just looked at me, didn't answer, and proceeded to just ignore my question... until I said to her that she was being rude to not even answer my question. She then proceeded to tell me that it didn't matter if I had an email because I'm still not listed in her computer. So long story.. my mom ended up calling and got the whole thing cleared up. The whole time, she still had an attitude with us.. and I finally looked at my husband and told him that this was the first time I have ever been treated so abrasively by a staff member of a Marriott. There was another lady working at the front desk who was watching this all go down and just looked on as if this whole thing didn't phase her. There was more to the exchange between myself and the front desk gal that I am not detailing on here, but seriously... this is the last time I visit this place if this is how we are welcomed. Very disappointing... My husband and I felt.. and I hate to say it... but we did feel that anyone who treats people like this off the bat, is typically...

Either way - This hotel is awesome! My fiance and I stayed in one of their King Suites, and it was spacious/clean. The style of the room/decore makes it easy to see if things haven't been cleaned, and there's a lot of convenient surface spaces. The kitchen is stocked with dishware and has a full fridge, glass range top, and deep sink.
The room having two TVs was a bonus, with HDMI and AUX capabilities.
The bed was extremely soft and comfortable to sleep in.
The bathroom was large, and the shower/tub combination was great. Hot water, comfortable pressure, and the tub was nice for soaking.
The breakfast was on point! Scrambled eggs, homefries with veggies, and sausage patties on the hotbar - All cooked well and kept on quick rotation to remain fresh. They had waffle batter with two machines, variety yogurts, oatmeal, fresh fruit whole and sliced, boiled eggs, and a fixin's bar. Fixin's were things like chocolate chips, Nutella packets, whipped cream, dried cranberries, and... There was more. I know it. There was also a pastry/bread cabinet, coffee, tea, a juice machine, and water.
The staff were considerate, helpful, and genuine. The hotel is a quick jaunt over from a 24hr restaurant and bar, and I think the 7-11 right around the corner is 24hr as well, if the hotel itself doesn't have what you want.
Very easy and comfortable experience - Will most likely make this hotel, or one of its sister locations, my mainstay when...
