Decided to go to this location because it's not inside sunset station casino or green valley casino. BAD DECISION!!! We should have gone to either one instead of this location for our meal. We were greeted upon walking in and the female cashier who took our order was friendly and confirmed what we wanted for burgers and condiments on the burgers. I ordered an XXL burger with cheddar cheese and mayo and ketchup. What was brought out was an XXL pouring scolding hot grease from the patties with what was left of the cheddar cheese between the patties only and a smear of mayo and a nice handful of shredded lettuce. Burger order sound correct. Yeah nope. After letting the burger cool down for a good bit I started scaping the lettuce from the burger and adding the unlabeled open top bottle of ketchup to the burger. Finally able to take the first bite and nothing but pure disappointment. The burger patties had no flavor no seasoning and tasted like straight grease from the cook top. My GF burger was a medium but the patty they gave her look like a kids meal burger patty. Her burger had more lettuce than meat and any other toppings. The skinny and fat fries we also got with our meal looked like bottom of the bag leftover frozen fries. Not one of the fat fries were longer than my thumb. And they were both in the smallest sample fry bags. Add a couple of medium drinks and this Glorious disappointment of a dinner cost $45 with a $5 fat tip as what they call it. Total cost $50 for an unsatisfied nauseating disappointment of a meal. Don't get me started with how run down the whole inside of the place looks. The outside looks like its barely hanging on to the last gray hair. And wheelchair accessibility enough space to roll in order and roll out. And the parking lot is being used by the discount tire next door for employee parking so that means...

Like the most recent posts WARNING STAY AWAY from this location! If I could rate it just a shade of a star point, that would indicate how disappointed I was for trying this location again after 4 years. The first time I came to this location, they got my order wrong. But this time did it for me. I never do restaurant reviews BUT this one is definitely needed. I ordered an impossible burger (which I have eaten at several other locations throughout Vegas including one of the locations in Laughlin). Never got sick or nauseated or disgusted until I ate here. I should have did a 180 and walked out when I saw and felt how sticky the floor was under my shoes. Plus the smell inside the place was slightly grose. Well, I bypassed that because I was thinking that maybe I was having a boujee moment and just...maybe they hadn't had time to clean from a morning, or lunch rush (it wasn't busy when I got there, one cashier and one cook). Plus there was a family in front of me who was eating there too so, I didn't think the floor would determine a bad outcome. Anyway, I ordered what I always get which was an impossible burger w/o relish, except I forgot to omit the mayo. Still no biggie because I've had it before accidentally at the other locations and never got sick. Well this time...BIG MISTAKE! No more than 5 minutes after I ate my burger, I was (excuse me) puking in their garbage. I'm not kidding. I don't get sick easily but something about that place and the burger was not right. Odd thing was my daughter ate the same thing I had except w/o mayo and she was fine. Still, I will NEVER return here. And based on the other reviews, I agree this location...
Read moreDear manager of fat burger
I am writing to express my disappointment with both the service and the handling of an incorrect order I received during a visit to your drive-thru on the evening of Sunday, July 27, 2025.
I placed an order that included: • One Impossible Burger with fat fries • One XXL Burger with sweet potato fries • One strawberry shake
I clearly requested no relish and asked for pickles to be placed on the side. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I discovered that my burger still had both relish and pickles on it, which made it inedible for me.
I called the restaurant right away and spoke with a staff member named Francisco. Rather than handling the situation with empathy or professionalism, his tone was dismissive. When I explained the issue, his response was, “What do you want me to do? Remake it?”—in a tone that came off as irritated and unwelcoming.
I said yes, I would appreciate a remake. However, when I mentioned I couldn’t return that evening but would come back the next day, he told me I would need to bring the burger back, wrapped up. This seemed unreasonable given that the issue was due to a mistake on the restaurant’s part.
I’m a regular customer and normally have a good experience, so this was especially disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and that steps will be taken to improve order accuracy and customer service moving forward.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would appreciate a response and...
