Henderson Burrito Express Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Henderson

I was going to go to Wings etc, after finding out that my girlfriend didn't want those mangled, sad wings. Looked up a place that was near here and found that this place had 5 stars with 25 reviews. I found it impossible to find a place with that many people who liked a place around here. Before hand I went to a Mexican restaurant and it was terrible. The food wasn't bussin or anything. I decided to go here with my hopes high, but my expectations were low. We walked in, and it was modern styled and very sanitized place. The cost isn't too bad, but make sure you get the good veggies, sauces, and salsa. I recommend the Chorizo(pork) because of all its great flavor, and it's something different compared to getting chicken or beef. If you like tacos, get a taco bowl. If you like burritos, get a burrito bowl. Savor that delicious food. I wasn't done eating when I'm writing this because THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB...

Place seems to have changed management. Had good experiences here before, but this last one was absolutely horrible.

Ordered a Carne Asada Burrito, and unlike the last time I ordered it the damn already overpriced item had ONE THIRD of the meat it previously had.

I immediately asked if that is all the meat that goes on it, and the person assembling it said yes. I, without hesitation, canceled my order and left the restaurant.

Regardless of your previous experiences with tbis restaurant, I would recommend avoiding this place and letting them go out of business.

This burrito bar served us like a sit down restaurant. They take what they're doing real serious, and it shows in the food. I have eaten at a great and many burrito bar. This place actually outdid my favorite burrito bar that has about 5 locations. I was shocked. The chicken absolutely slaps. The steak was tender and juicy. This place seems new. It's very plain inside still. I did not expect that caliber of food. I was so pleasantly surprised. I never had a favorite place in Henderson before. I will be stopping here every time I pass through....
